And i decided to take a chance on this and im glad I did. B/c its been a blistering summer and it keeps my room and a part of my upstairs nice and cold. My room be freezing most of the time.

We don’t think it’s loud I had read reviews people say it’s loud. It’s cool great our dogs seem to enjoy the cool air . Remote is easy to used would purchase again

I have a family large open plan house and it did a pretty good job in the kitchen/family room area. Then moved it to the bedroom at night and it did a great job. A must have Life saver living in S. FL June thru Sept.

I had to get it because of the irregular size of the window. It cost more than an AC unit and doesn't work as well.
