Bought this unit to cool a bedroom. Regrettibly, the vent tubing was discovered to be cracked upon opening the box of my unit. Nevertheless, out of curiousity for any other potential issues, I affixed with some temporary sealant tape. I was pleasantly surprised at the performance! It definitely cooled the space i needed it to, and then some! The obky issue is it didnt last long due to the aformentioned issue. So, while this unit is powerful runs exteemely quiet (no louder than a standard box fan) and certainly does the job, this issue leads to my unit frequently disabling itself during regular use. This is likely a one off incident, and not reflective of the product line itself. But these things do happen. I will be returning this unit and looking for alternatives, as my local store is out of stock, and the heat will not permit a delay for cooling. I will definitely look back in to this line in the future however!

I am so obsessed with my air conditioner!! I searched forever to find the right one for my preferences. Then finally, somehow, I came across this one! I was like a little kid on Christmas again. It comes in its original box, so the box was a little damaged. Thankfully, the product itself wasn't damaged. First thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was how sleek it looked. I honestly love how small it is It's super convenient if you are limited on space. I love the wheels on it too! I've had this product for about a month now and I'm SO glad I decided to buy this! It was super easy to set up, I also watched the YouTube video just to make sure that I was doing everything correctly and I learned a few things I could do differently. That helped. I don't think there is anywhere in the manual that tells you there's a video but there is. I recommend checking it out if you buy this. It cooled my room down so fast, probably within in 5-10 minutes, I felt the difference and I was just amazed at what a difference it made. Product doesn't leak water and works like a charm. This product has so many great features to it as well. I hope this review helps because if you were stuck or couldn't decide on what product to get, this is definitely the one you should buy. I 110% recommend it. the price tag was also a steal!

I absolutely love this AC unit for my bedroom. It actually cools down the room to the proper temperature unlike the Insignia one I originally bought then returned for this one. Only flaw i can say about this unit is the window kit it comes with, it seems super flimsy and difficult to get proper air tight seal without having to duck tape it up. I ended up buying different window kit online for $20 and now i got the perfect AC unit for my bedroom and couldn’t be happier.

This ac unit went in my sons converted garage space and it gets his room freezing it does require a drain as it produces about 7 gallons of condensed water a day but its quiet has easy to use controls and gets extremely cold. will also need to be able to setup a vent for the hot air

Could not be happier. I purchased and open box at a huge discount online. When I received it it was brand new in the box but the box did have some damage. The unit itself was in perfect untouched condition. It was fast set up and works amazing. Living in Florida it costs a small fortune to achieve 70 degrees in a house. Keeping this in my office (WFH) has lowered my selected bill and allowed me to work on freezing temperatures in the middle of summer. It’s not very loud and the dust filter is super easy to clean. I have only one complaint the remote is TERRIBLE! It works whenever it wants to and it looks like it’s from the 70’s. Overall I would buy it over and over again. Great value and works wonderfully in a large room

It's a great air conditioner, but you will have to buy extra equipment for setting it up. The plastic hose given to drain the unit is way too short and if you don't have an electrical saw to cut the plastic cover that blocks anything from getting in from the outside it will only fit in a wide window. You might also have to buy extra foam to get an air tight fit.

Great portable unit for the price. We had our main AC go out, and had to get a short time replacement. The unit is a bit noisy and was difficult to sleep with in the same room. Very easy to use and had a good remote control. The exhaust vent had many pieces to make a proper fit in a window for a more permanent solution. It has many different settings. Will keep a bedroom cold, but was not powerful enough to cool a living room. I would recommend this unit in a pinch. Very easy to use.

So far so good. The main floor of my home is open, with three large rooms attached divided by a wall between the kitchen/eat in and open foyer. The main living room maintains between 79 and 81° on the hottest days, which is a blessing as our main AC went out which is why we purchased it. Easy to clean filter, and easy to operate. Also bonus it's quiet!

I got this when my in laws' AC went out. They could have paid 12k to fix it emergently or 5k if they could wait a month. This machine was easy to install and operate. It is pretty quiet and within a few minutes of it running we could feel a noticeable difference in the temp in the room we had it in. Now my sister in law is using it due to hers going out and she likes it as well

Cools great and is extremely easy to set up and use. I would have given it 5 stars but the exhaust hose is not very long. If the exhaust hose was a few feet longer, this would be 5 stars all day and twice on Sunday.

Best portable air conditioner ever, easy set up and instructions are easy to follow. We had read instructions and had it turned on and working in probably 30 mins. Had our room cooled in no time. We actually had to turn the temperature up cause it was too cold after about an hour. 70 is perfect temperature for our bedroom. We absolutely love this pottable air conditioner.

Great at cooling the room but it can be quite loud. Set up is also easy.

Excellent performance and relatively easy to install. The noise level when running at full fan speed is acceptable for listening to a TV in the same room.

Very quiet. Seems to cool fairly well, although it didn't do to good during the recent heat wave we had in NY. To be fair, several of my friends also complained their AC's weren't keeping up either. My only complaint is that the fan never turns off, only the compressor turns off once the desired temperature is reached.

The long and the short is this saved me from having to invest in a dual hvac system at home. It gets so hot upstairs that I was desperate. One day I saw it was a decent price during a heat wave and I don't want to remember my life without it. It felt like I was living on the sun and now our summers are cool. Its been so helpful for my family and I. I even bought one for my friend who's apartment doesn't have AC. It's helped us all tremendously.

Let me start by saying the air conditioner itself works great as far as cooling a good sized room (even in the heat wave we've been having. However, it is not as portable as I envisioned. It is rather heavy, and while it is on wheels, if you have carpet it does not roll well at all (so if you have all one floor and hardwood or tile throughout this will not be as much an issue for you). The set up is also not so easy as to the hose and and the sliding plastic piece to fit in the window at least in our instance. I'm not sure what it is sized for, but we have a standard window in our bedroom and the sliding piece overlaps where the exhaust hose goes. This means you'd have to cut the plastic to fit which again means as far as it being portable, you have restricted yourself to what windows it can fit in by whatever cuts you make. Finally, yes the filters are easily cleanable, but the "need to clean light" has not gone out since it first came on, despite multiple thorough cleanings (but it does still work well). So bottom line works great as an air conditioner, just be aware it may so be so easily portable as you might think.

Great for small rooms in addition to central air. Give that extra cool in the Texas heat. Keeps my room cold. Great value.
