Works great! Bought for our bedroom as we don’t have ac in the house. Was easy to set up and keeps the room nice and cold in the summer.

Directions don’t mention that you’ll need a utility knife/box cutter to cut down the window adjustment slide thing. Thank goodness I had one, took me almost an 30 mins of scoring/slicing through the rough plastic get it cut down. You might also want to have some foil HVAC tape & extra foam on hand in case your window needs additional sealing to keep hot air out & cold air in. Getting the exhaust hose to connect properly to the AC itself & the window plate was too much trouble (be sure you look at the hose where it connects to the plate to ensure that there are no openings. The directions were lacking overall & I had better installation help on YouTube. Finally, it was time to turn it on — the remote is out of sync with the unit, had to do settings manually. Now that it’s been running for an hour the room feels… ok. If you’re expecting the same kind of output that you get with a window unit you should lower your expectations, but this unit does make a smaller room more comfortable.

Bought this to use in my garage. Definitely impressed how quite this thing is and how quickly it cools down my two car garage.

Cools the room fast. We use the portable A/C during a hurricane power outage. What a great machine. Kept my family of 5 cool and comfortable. Easy set up.

Cools down the room quickly and works well. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the ventilation hose was difficult to work with the type of windows I have in my bedroom. The expanding hose part wasn't quite as long as I needed it to be. (They're slim, on the upper part of the wall, sliding open from the side)

It is really a lifesaver. Our central air dies and this unit allowed us to keep our room cool so we could sleep comfortably at night in South Florida. Quiet and dependable. Highly recommended.

Works great! Keeps the room super cool, even with electronics, people, and dogs in the room. Very quiet, filter clean warning (other units we've had didn't have that feature). Overall very happy with the purchase and will likely buy another for the other office room we have.

Bought this air for my mother who is in west texas where it can get really hot. She received it a few days before the heat got there. After getting it set up, the whole living area where it was placed, was cool in no time. Set up was easy and it definitely blows cold air.

AC went out in the summer and this was an absolute life saver!!

We purchased this Summer ‘23 when our home AC failed to cool our master BR. It performed well and cooled our 400 sq ft room well. We did have to keep doors (to hall and master bath) closed to keep the room cool so would question how much larger a space it would cool effectively . I can recommend this unit for similar use. I did find the window discharge materials to be cheaply made and we had some minor issues with that but not to the point of losing effectiveness.

Great portable air conditioner to have during the hot summer days. For the most part very quiet, especially compared to other units I've used. Easy to install and love the extra support it provides on the window connector. The out tube connector to the window part could be a little more robust and sturdy, but overall works nicely.

A convenient and quiet air conditioner, the remote can be a bit funky but otherwise this is a solid device for the price.

Comes with a window adapter and a reasonably long hose to attach to the window adapter or downstream adapters to exhaust the hot air. I had to purchase an adapter at the local home improvement store to use in my case; the manual didn't really state the exhaust hose size and so I can't rightfully give this five stars. That said, the unit cooled well and other people's experiences have shown it to be a pretty good solution when there's a hot spot.

Works well for what I got. I was suppose to get the one that is 450 sq ft but Best Buy gave me the 250 sq ft one instead when I arrived to pick up. Don’t think I’m getting any of my money back for taking a smaller one. Little upset but it’s good enough to keep my cats cool. Better than what I had I guess..

This may state that it is 6500 btu's. But it cools like a 10,000. Easy to operate and does a nice job in a 450 square foot area.
