Despite its high cost, it fails to deliver quality cooking, struggling even with a simple pizza. My old Bosch oven was far superior. Technical issues surfaced a few months in - the light stopped working and the oven couldn’t maintain its temperature. Despite being under warranty, it’s still not fixed after 3 months. The Best Buy technician received damaged parts twice, and each call to the representative involved a long wait (i'm not waiting 54 minutes to talk to someone) and they provide no emails, chat, or ticketing system. I won’t be choosing Frigidaire/Electrolux again.

That’s not the size that when I spoke to the people on the phone, they’ve come out and measured. They’re supposed to refund all my money and I’m still waiting on my last of the refund.

Still trying to get all money credited. Installers scheduled to install and no equipment at store. Worse experience i have ever experienced.

Good Looking and Quiet

It fit right into the existing space with no modification. Reviewing the display and controls I found it very simple and intuitive with all the features we use daily. It has a clean look and operation is very quiet. We are quite happy with this unit.

Going to be 7-10 business days before i can get a refund so i can go buy ine somewhere else. What a waste of time. Lesson learned speak to someine about availability before purchasing from BB online!
