The oven does not maintain the stated temperature. if you like to bake DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. I have called twice to have the oven serviced and according to Frigidaire the oven is working properly. The support advocate from Frigidaire even started calling out pages from the manual on how to use the appliance. I guess this is a common issue with this unit. Again DO NOT BY THIS MODEL!!!!

Very disappointed, I bought several appliances. My 138 can beverage fridge came in busted up. A frustrating story. My Double oven $3218.08 bottom oven door bad. Still not resolved. It’s been over 9 months. I don’t think anyone cares.

No oven for me

I was delivered a dead unit. There is power at the wall, power in the cord, power to the oven; however, the control panel is dead and does not respond to the power. The lights do not work. The installers are returning the defective unit. Why isn't there any kind of quality control to ensure customers receive a working unit. I waited 3 1/2 weeks from the time I purchased to install and 2 1/2 of those weeks were without an oven. I still don't have an oven. I don't know when I might get an oven. I chatted with Frigidaire, and they said to wait for Best Buy to replace. This isn't Best Buy's fault! It's the manufacturer. I bought Frigidaire because of the great price and American-made company. I'm disappointed.
