My basement is finished but it gets a little musty during the warmer months. This unit runs quiet and looks nice and it keeps the humidity down to about 30% which is perfect. I let the water drip continuously into the sump pit so there is no maintenance, just turn it on in the spring and turn it off in the fall.

Works very well. I m using in a smaller than rated room. But unit is well made and easy to setup and use. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dehumidifier to give b this one a try and you wont be disappointed.

Purchased for my son who just bought his first house. I recently asked him how it was working, and his response was good. He empties it every night. Didn't have an extended conversation about it, but no complaints :)

This product works great. Alot of moisture in my basement and within hours of running it noticed a big difference.

I bought this dehumidifier because it shuts off when it reaches the set humidity level. It's also an energy star product. I returned one that continuously ran, either defrosting or dehumidifying.

Overall this is a very good dehumidifier. The fan is a little noisy but otherwise it does the job as promised.

This dehumidifier works as expected and has been all summer now. The fan turns off with the compressor, which I like.

The dehumidifier does a great job of pulling out the water in my basement. I love that it has an automatic stop when the bucket is full. I usually have to empty it once a day. I would definitely recommend

Pretty good little unit. Got is setup to drain out of a hose. If you don't have the drain setup, the bucket will fill in under 24 hours. But I guess that means it is drawing a lot of water out of the air. Not too loud but not whisper silent but I can live with it no problem.

this little humidifier does exactly as promised. It is quiet & sucks the water from the air.

I bought this dehumidifier to replace my failing one. This one is a bit smaller but does a good job, is energy efficient and collects moisture in the air.

pretty quiet, love the hose attachment, I have it set at 55 and seems to be doing just fine!

Had sometime sleepless night due to humidity issue. It really helps.noticed stain inside water collecting compartment. So requested for exchange, best buy immediately sent the another piece. But again i noticed the same stain in the exchanged one and come to know the stain is due to quality testing. excellent support from best buy.The reason for not giving 5 star is plastic used in the water collecting bucket is often getting stained. Hope frigidaire will come up with a solution for this.
