So, the installation was rescheduled. The exact same wrong trim was brought to my house. Once again my installation was rescheduled for December 3. I demanded that I keep the wrong 27" trim so it would not mistakenly be held and redelivered to me. Still waiting . . .

A couple weeks later, I received notice the microwave order was CANCELED and now unavailable. The website indicated the trim was not returnable due to time. What? I am stuck with trim and no microwave? This is why I dont shop here. Unconcerned and unaware.
