The room temp may be a little off the actual temp just like every other top rated AC. But this Unit works very good. U will not regret buying it. Consistent connection on the wifi gives it 5 stars.

I don't like that the digital readout of the temp it's set for disappears, so you have to walk up to it and touch a button or on the remote to see where it's set. It also didn't outperform (in keeping the room cool) my former AC which was 2000 BTUs less. Not sure why.

Also, the "Smart" feature only works on one phone. I loaded it and as soon as my wife loaded the app, my app didn't work. I really expected a lot more based on the advancements in technology.

Big mistake I didn’t .. loud !! just like turn air plane in your bedroom but that it’s not one of the 10 main issue this junk have .. Basic Don’t work with google home , don’t keep any pre setting , basic don’t cool room, thermostat turn off air conditioner 2f before reach low setting temperature and turn Back on after past 5f hight. After 2 season I decide put this junk in the garbage and move on to a real functional smart AC . do not buy any this air conditioner .
