We purchased the 12,000 BTU which is supposed to cool up to 550 sq ft and our room is only 150 sq ft and it doesnt cool it. also the air going straight up is kind of weird.

The innovative slanted louvers direct airflow in an upward, circular motion, allowing for more even cooling of the entire room. The louvers can be adjusted 4 ways for optimal circulation. ~ Brandi
