The price for this ac is great. It’s cool the living room very quickly. The remote has a temp sensor this great!

This kept my whole downstairs cool and it was so affordable and easy to install!

Used ac all summer last year and it worked great! Kept half the house cool like we needed it to. Stored it all winter and hooked it up this month. No problems at all! House is actually freezing at times. Not a bad thing in the summer though. My husband thinks it's loud for the bedroom but I like that it drowns out all the other sounds in the house for a great night sleep!

Bought this unit when our air conditioner went out on a friday evening and the repair guy couldn't get out until Tuesday. In the 90's the whole time. Put this in our bedroom window and it kept us cool the whole time. It is a little loud and the cooler temps come with a lot of extra moisture but that was a small price to pay for being cool. Keep in mind that when you take the unit out of the window to remove it does leak water.

During the heat of the summer our aged central A/C unit was struggling to keep up with the high temps in our upstairs bedroom. We purchased this unit for additional comfort at night during spells of excessive heat. It has done a good job of keeping us more comfortable while sleeping. The only down side is that it is quite noisy, this took some getting used to but we did adapt.

This 8000 BTU unit is a little too big for our window, we were unable to use one shade (?) that pulls to the edge of the window and just placed it right against one side of the window, pulling the other shade like normal to the other side of the window. This unit is very powerful but it’s too loud. Oddly enough, the 6000 BTU unit is considerably more quiet...we got one each.

Bought one a year ago for my workshop after two previous units (not Frigidaire) each lasted less than 3 months. The unit worked really well so when I needed to replace one in a bedroom I did not hesitate to get another one. Easy to instal, cools rapidly and relatively quiet. Only thing I don’t like is the units reset to energy saving/slow speed when shutting down.

We bought this A.C. for use in a small downstairs kitchen/living room. It did a great job of cooling the space quickly and keeping up with the set temperature. It is fairly noisy in a small space. The sound isn't unbearable but makes it hard to do something like watch TV at a reasonable level (if you are within 5 ft of the unit)

The Frigidaire 350 sq ft Window Airconditioner works well in my 12 x 10 ft room. Everything feels cool duribg those sunner days. Setup of this air conditioner was easy in my room. I jusy went to Home Dept to purchase plexiglass and some 2x4s. All in all a good working air conditioner. I want to get another one for my garage.

Pros: Easy to install and it does blow cold air. Price. Cons: A lot louder than my old GE 8000 BTU when it is on high. Should get the 10000 BTU Frigidaire unit instead of this 8000 BTU unit if you truly have a 350 SQ space.

Im writing this review not one day after owning but after almost 1 year of owning it. I bought it last summer put it in my small bedroom. The good, it looks clean, installs good, and isnt loud. The Bad, it doesnt even seem like it blows cold air. Generally u can hear a diff from when the ac cooling unit turns off n just the fan is running this i dont even hear that, never did. The room is smaller than what it claims it can cool its just a bedroom. It has nothing to do with any other factors. It simlly does not work correctly. I wish i could take this poc back n dont know why i never did to begin with. It blows out at best cool air. My future ac units will never have energy star attached as i think thats why this thing is a pos. At the end of last summer i bought an exact size ge model from lowes for my gf's bedroom it gets so cold in there i have to shut it off. Lesson learned here is dont believe positive reviews. Esp because most use it for one day n say its awesome. I seriously think u should either get maybe the 12k is better idk but dont get this one it absolutely has a flaw. Id say pass altogether as these energy star models are def not good.

Great window air conditioner. Works very well and keeps my studio apartment nice and cool. It isn't too loud and comes with all the materials you'll need for installation. The controller makes it very user friendly and the temperature can be adjusted with the controller. Highly recommended.

does a good job at cooling ant not too loud. easy to install

It is quiet and works quickly in the 540+ sq ft area installed. (the + is due to additional adjoining 600 sq ft of connected spaces with open doorways ). It is smaller, lighter, and quieter than the (10 yr old) same brand and capacity unit that it replaced. This was the reason for purchasing this unit. I am happy with this unit.

It works well and is pretty easy to install. Be careful though and make sure someone can help you pick it up and position it in the window, especially if you live on the 2nd floor or higher. It cools my living room (approx 300 sq feet) but doesn't reach the bedroom but I think that's just because of my apt building.

It cools very well, but can get this rumbling intermittent sound, and can exude this musty smell. I thought I would be able to change the air flow up and down but this option seems to be non-existent. The remote is a good thing though.
