Aside from being sleek and very attractive it works great. This is the first time I purchased an induction cooktop, it is much more responsive, cooks faster, cools faster, is much easier to clean then a regular electric cooktop and I have to add that I debated on the bridge element I didn't think that I would use it I wish I purchased one sooner.

This is causing uneven cooking. Frigidaire customer service was courteous and scheduled a service. 5 stars if this issue can be resolved. Easy to use and boils water faster than the old coil burner we had. Make sure you have the right cookware. Cast iron works great. If a magnet sticks to your pots and pans you're good to go. Delivery of this took over a year. Ordered August 2020 and shipped to store Dec 2021. I'm assuming this was Covid related. Price was to good to cancel so we waited it out. Worth the wait so far.

We had to buy a new cookset (Tramontina Stainless Steel Tri-Ply) but it is well worth it as induction is much better than electric. The controls are simple to use and it is easy to clean.

Uneven cooking as one side of pan gets hotter than other. This is our 3rd induction cooktop so we have the correct pans.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The stove top keeps turning off when I'm in the middle of cooking and won't respond to me pushing the power button for a couple of minutes after turning off. It also makes a lot of beeps that can't be explained in the manual. The worst part is, my Best Buy store has a recording saying they are not taking phone calls. I did finally get a hold of someone on the Best Buy national number and she tried to get a new stove top for me but about 90% of the items are on backorder and she cannot make the switch with a "future" purchase. The 10% that are available are about 2k more expensive. Stove is 3 weeks old. It's been frustrating.
