Do wish it had a slightly wider temp range to meet our personal tastes. However it came very dented in 2 places. Best Buy didn't offer anything but a return which would have been overly complicated. Not happy.

It seems to keep a consistent temperature but would not recommend or buy again.

The one thing I loved about it is the duality of the two thermostats. I was able to utilize for wine and other beverages (aluminum and other bottled drinks. The one thing about the product that I was dissatisfied with was any bottles with a wider diameter won’t fit properly. Overall the product itself met all my requirements. I did however have an issue with the packaging and customer service. Upon opening the product I located several dents and damages just as other reviewers had spoken about. The fortunate thing was the damage did not affect the mechanics of the product, it’s just an eyesore. When I contacted customer service regarding my concerns it was suggested that I either return to the store or my nearest packaging center. Now, don’t get me wrong in any other case I would have however the weight of the product would have required assistance to lift. I offered a solution to discount the product but the c/s representative refused and still required me to bring to the store or packaging center. Needless to say this is by far the worst experience that I’ve had with purchasing, and for that reason my rating reflects that.

So far, no issues with the unit at all. The delivery process went well, was delivered with no damages or missing pieces. But I have to be honest, the only thing is with aged it may get little noisy but not to bother. Excellent wine cooler for price! Can’t go wrong for what I feel is the right investment for this piece!

This one has good storage but it is loud. Also shelves do not slide and is hard to access and identify bottles

Online customer service Rep said I can either accept a 10% refund or find a way to lug this thing to nearest BB store or UPS to return. I saw reviews with similar damage, but figured they were isolated issues. If you are interested in this refrigerator, do not have it delivered.

When opening the package, it clearly looks like it was dropped and manhandled. There is a dent on top and the left from leg is bend and the back left side is completely bent in.
