    Love the wine frig. The only issue I have is the noise. It’s slightly louder than I expected. Also the door beeps when left open. It’s nice when we have forgotten to close it all the way, but annoying when I’m trying to load a lot of beverages and it dings for 2 mins. Although it’s meant for wine I do throw my larger beer cans and bottles on the top shelf. It keeps them cool but not too cold.

    While the "dual" zone is more just one zone. I am so disappointed with the wood shelves. While it is a little inconvenient that the shelves are not standard to fit bottles & have to pull them out to load or find a shelf for unique bottles to fit. The real frustration is that they continue to get black mold/white fuzzy mold and warp. I wish there was a replacement for them that would not grow mold on them. After replacing them the first time, I added a box of baking soda hoping that would have helped.

    Completely damage fridge

    Arrived in the package which looked opened already. We removed the fridge carefully to discover that it was severely dented on the top right corner (it clearly felt) and the bottom right support was so crooked that the Dreiser doesn’t stand upright. It seems they just repackaged a damaged item hoping no one would bother to return it. No customer support and requires to deliver back item to Best Buy or return it to a UPS store. Unacceptable.

    We love our new wine cooler. My only concern is it not being cold enough, but it’s not very noticeable I think my wife is a little picky. All in all very satisfied!

    Very Poor QC at Factory, Multiple Damage

    I already owned a unit purchased from another store and wanted to add a second. The unit arrived with a large dent in the top and a dent in the upper right corner of the door trim. Like other reviews, there was no damage to the box, so it was shipped in that condition from the factory. Best Buy shipped a replacement, and that one also had damage to the door trim in the same spot without damage to the box. These weigh 98 pounds and having to repack and get UPS to pickup is a chore. If you buy one, best bet is in store and opened first.

    Damaged Fridgedaire Beverage Cooler

    Bought 8/23/21 from a local Best Buy store. As we need to get one more connection to hook up the beverage cooler, box was never opened. After opening the box, door is damaged and can’t open it and there is a big dent. (refer attached photos) Customer service organized to pick up the item for replacement. Unfortunately the same damaged item is retuned back to us. Now I have to spend hours and hours with Best Buy to send the replacement.

    Ordered a wine fridge. First one was damaged. They shipped another. Unbelievable, but it was damaged more then the first. I want these gone and my money back immediately. When I contacted customer service, they hung up on me twice. I will never shop there again and would never recommend them. Now I’m out 2 days work and the cost of the fridges. Let this be a lesson to anybody thinking about purchasing from them.

    I got the product which has a dent and ordered for a replacement. Never opened the product so I do not know how does it look or work. Replacement process with best buy was a pain. I had to be on the call for more than 2 hours to get the product replaced.

    I'm very close to giving this a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I had to go through three different refrigerators of this model before I got an acceptable one. The first two fridges were delivered, and both were delivered with very noticeable damages - both physically and when running. The first one delivered was damaged on the corners and the back of the unit, and when plugged in it would be a very loud humming noise when it was running - so loud that you could hear it on the second level of our home (it's placed on the main/first level). The second had very noticeable damages and I did not take the time to plug it in to find out more - I was not going to risk going through the e same thing. The handling of them were quite careless, and that was obvious. I don't know if this was Frigidaire, Best Buy, or UPS...but, I was disappointed. This forced me to return BOTH fridges to a physical store, since packaging and arranging for pickup was nearly impossible (the packaging of the item by Frigidaire, admittedly, was very good - so good I could not replicate it for it to be picked up). Only when there was a the same refrigerator physically in-stock at a store was I able to secure one with no damages. Unfortunately, I had to travel over an hour each way to the store to pick it up - and I have two other Best Buy stores, both within 15 minutes of my home. Neither of them had this model in stock. I've had it up and running for close to a month. It is so quiet you can barely notice it running. The dual zone is a very, very nice feature. I have not done tests of my own to measure the accuracy of the temperature, but we did open a bottle of white wine the other night and it was chilled very nicely, exactly to our liking. A slight drawback is the design of of the drawers. You might be able to get 38 bottles of the standard wine bottle shapes in this refrigerator. As most will know - not all wine bottles take the standard shape, and a lot take on very different shapes. We've been able to fit about 15-20 bottles in of different shapes and sizes, which is nice. I'm not sure I can imagine a scenario where we would need 38 bottles stored at one time. Even fitting the 15-20 bottles, we will have to lift up the drawer above or below the one we're pulling from just to be able to take it out. A little more height to the unit would do wonders. Through this all, I must say the customer service has been OUTSTANDING. They've been very understanding and very helpful. They've offered credits for the hassle I've had to experience. They called the store for me to make sure they had this item in stock, check it for damages, and put it aside for me to pick up so no one would claim it. Best Buy seems to be turning a corner with their customer service and taking care of their customers. This is greatly appreciated, and is a huge factor when I make future purchasing decisions. I did buy the extended warranty plan with this purchase - just because of my experience with the first to refrigerators shipped. It gives me some peace of mind in the event something happens or fails in the next couple of years...

    I give this product 0 stars. I ordered as a Christmas present. Was delivered damaged. Returned and replacement was also delivered damaged. Also returned and Best Buy won’t give me my money back.

    Great little wine fridge for the price

    I searched all over the internet looking for a wine fridge to hold at least 30 bottles of wine and this is the one that I kept coming back to. There are lots of super expensive units, but I was looking for one that was affordable, low maintenance, held its temperature accurately and was quiet. This unit met all those criteria. My first one I now have for about 1 month and it's very quiet and doing it's job. I would definitely recommend putting it someplace out of direct or even indirect sunlight. I have found this keeps everything working smoother for you don't have the outside heat (sun/light) keeping the fridge system cycling to maintain temperature. The only difficulty I've had with the unit is fitting larger bottles into it without having to remove several shelves. If you tend to go towards normal size bottles (not magnums) should you be able to fit over 30 bottles comfortably in the unit. We've come to like it so much we bought another one for my wife's office... she likes wine, just doesn't drink while working ;)

    Very nice wine cooler at a great price. You will pay a lot more for another dual zone wine cooler. Yes, the shelves could be easier to pull out but the cooler holds its temp on the top and bottom, holds a lot of wine, is quiet and you can easily get the bottles in and out. If you want perfection, go spend $1000. If you want a bunch of wine at the right temp when you want it and at a reasonable price, this is great.

    I love how the wine cooler looks in my kitchen.The price is well below any others that hold a decent amount of wine and I chose it because of the Frigidaire name. I read the other reviews so I chose to pick it up and not have it shipped. It fit in the back of my SUV and with two people it was very easy. Other reviewers mentioned big bottles not fitting but you definitely can learn to maximize space. I have 37 bottles in now and it’s full. Could I squeeze more... probably some rieslings. The temperature stays perfect and I love the dual zone temperature setting. The noise seems very subtle to me and you have to be next to it to hear it. I would recommend buying. After two months of using it’s been a great purchase so far.

    My fiance' has wanted a really nice wine cooler for a long time, and so have I. For her birthday I surprised her with this gem! She loves it as do I. The temperature options are perfect and the temperature is very stable, no fluctuation from our desired settings. There truly is room for 38 wine bottles and space at the very bottom for some larger bottles. We love the stained wood pull-out shelves and size of this cooler. It doesn't take up much space at all and looks extremely nice with the stainless steel shine. The price was great compared to the 50 other coolers I researched and reviewed. This brand is very reputable and this cooler is another great example of why. Thank you!
