Relatively inexpensive and so far working just fine. Arrived with the top handle bent, but easily repaired with a rubber mallet. Drawers are clunky. Do not slide easily. The slots for bottles are small In all dimensions. I will never fit 38 standard 750mL wine bottles in this refrigerator. For an amateur wine guy though, it’ll work just fine.

It's beautiful, sleek and holds a lot of bottles. I like the dual temperature feature.

Love this wine fridge. Holds tons of wine and beer. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is it does not hold big bottles like champagne. It looks great, is quiet and has duel temps for different wine types.

My wife and I absolutely love this new wine cooler. It’s not too big and not too small. Hold a decent amount of bottles and keeps them perfect temp. Would have gave this a 5 star rating if the shelves were spaced out just 1/2 more to get larger size bottles in. Other than that great cooler

Purchased this after a long research and settle on a brand name. The dual thermostats are nice. The bottles are somewhat tight getting into the cooler. The cooler looks very good. The only down side is that it is noisy. Sounds like white noise or ocean noise just loud enough to be annoying. We are getting used to it!

I shopped around a bit and found this fridge which was about $200 cheaper than other similar fridges. I was on a bit of a budget so I went for it. It does exactly what it advertises and I’m very happy with the look. The drawers are mildly cheap and you can’t really pull them out. Overall, it’s a very nice fridge.

This is our first wine cooler and we're happy with it, especially considering the price. You can spend as much as you want on a wine cooler, the prices can be astronomical. This is a very reasonably priced machine. We were looking for an affordable dual zone cooler that held at least 3 cases... check. We wanted to spend less than $500... check. We wanted a known brand... check. The machine works well, it's very quiet. You can hear the compressor kick on of you are in the same room, but it's not anywhere near as loud as the refrigerator. The temperature zones work perfectly. Be prepared, the shelves are not built to slide in and out easily, you need to pull the bottles out individually. The shelves lock in place in the back and when bottles are placed on them, you can't really pull them out. With that one caveat, this wine cooler is outstanding for the price.

I purchased this wine cooler to replace a 15 yr old Haier model. The unit itself is very nice looking as a stand alone. It sits on a tile floor and consequently, seems extremely noisy, more so than the refrigerator. Other than that issue, I am pleased with the purchase. So far, the temp controls seem to function as indicated.

Wanted a nice wine refrigerator with plenty of capacity along with looking great in our kitchen. This one didn't disappoint. The only issue was it arrived with a small ding in the door. Best Buy quickly shipped us a replacement which also arrived dinged in the same area. We ended up keeping the original fridge.

I chose this wine cooler over other similarly priced options because of the wooden shelving. If you've ever owned a small wine cooler then you know how frustrating it can be getting wine bottles in and out of plastic shelving - many a label gets trashed in the attempt. The wooden shelves in this cooler are sturdy enough and are reasonably flexible too, making it easier to load and unload all but the widest of bottles. I also like that this model has two cooling zones, at this price point that is a huge plus. It is a nice looking cooler on the inside and out. The only thing I do not like - hence 4 and not 5 stars - is the fact that the bottom shelf only accommodates bottles placed sideways. The unit operates quietly and efficiently.

Decided to purchase the open box item online as it was discounted about 15% and listed as in PERFECT Condition! Wow...what a surprise when it arrived all banged up and dented. Thanks Best Buy! I'll hang up now and hold my breath till you answer this review.

Attractive design. I would have liked to have had the option to switch the zones (I drink more red wine, so I would prefer to have that be the upper zone~more accessible) Each zone has temperature limits, so I can't raise the temp in the upper zone, and vice versa. Space between shelves is not made for slightly bulkier wine bottles so it's hard to pull those out. Otherwise, this is a great value for a nice wine fridge.

The cooler does exactly what it says it would do. It is a cooler for wine. If you are like us and put other drink types in it as well you could be a little disapointed that the upper and lower sections don't get as cold as a refridgerator down in the 30s. We don't mind as 46 degrees is still chill although I would love my beer a little colder. This is perfect temps for wine though as the upper and lower gives ability to have a section around 60 degrees while the lower is upper 40s. My biggest problem with them cooler is being that it is meant for wine and we drink a decent amount, many bottles will not fit because the spacing between shelves is minimal. You can remove shelves but we need all the space. They should have made the shelves a little taller.

Love my wine fridge. I can store plenty of wine bottles. You can’t hear it! Fits perfectly in my dining room.

The two temperature areas work very well. It is quiet when cooling. I put an independent thermometer in it to see what the temperature is, rather than just what it is set at. As I said above, the shelves spacing makes it difficult to get bottles out.

So far so good, runs quitely, nice lighting inside, keeps wine at consistent temps. Holds regular size wine bottles but not the ones that are bigger around. They will if you take out a shelf.

Looks great, love the dual zone and for the price could not find a better option. Will not hold as much as advertised if you have the put the larger champagne shaped bottles.

had this cooler now for a few weeks. It runs very quietly in a cornerom my formal dining room placed a refrigerator thermometer in both zones and the temperature set is true temp programmed. read thru the reviews regarding the inability to remove the shelves when wine is placed. the bottles labels do get scratched when placing them in the tight shelves. this is alleviated by turning the bottle so the label does not touch the shelves, when placing or removing them. otherwise happy with the buy!

Nice unit. Sleek looking,quiet. My only issue is the temp between the two compartments are not accurate as there is a gap to share airflow. Also a tight fit for thick bottles.

I had high hopes! Bought to replace our smaller unit and it work good but need to upgrade for a larger one again:-( Remember they never hold the number of bottles it says, bottle size will determine! The issue I have is the shelving just slides on guides and with different sized bottles they are bit difficult to slide out all the time:-( I don't like that you can't lower the temp for the lower section, 64 is the lowest! Upper section 54 is the lowest! The lower shelving unit can only fit 10 bottles because the back protrudes. The compressor has alway made a funny noise like we have a Cylon from Battlestar Galactica in our house:-) If you have a small collection this is a good unit but if you plan to have more than 30 bottles buy bigger!
