Looks very nice. Pretty quiet. Can't fit large bottles in and a bit hard to get other bottles in and out but I feel that is normal for these types of wine fridges and it was a great deal for the price.

As you can pay hundreds of dollars for a wine fridge with the same features, this fridge is a good value. It makes a constant cooing sound which is annoying when the house is quiet. If you keep the top at the lowest temp, it will cool the lower portion below what you set it at. Play with the temps to make both your red and white wines at a temperature you prefer. Very nice looking under the counter. It has an alarm if you accidentally leave the door open which is nice.

We were skeptical but we are very happy. Holds over 38 hottles, quiet, took about 4 days to regulate temp, but now absolutely perfect.

nice fridge for all your wine styles. only thing is if you have fatter wine bottles, they can be hard to get in and out of the shelves. other than that, its great, and super quiet.

We finally got the unit in place and using it. Would agree with other reviews, the compressor is slightly louder than expected but not bad. I think its more noticeable with only 2 adults in the house... you would never hear it with more people around. So far all our wines have fit without removing racks but this is easy to do if necessary. Would have been nice if temps could have been slightly lower, but for the cost, unit seems great. Front foot levels work good to stabilize unit. Very happy with interior lighting and black/stainless appearance. Looks great in our kitchen. Very happy with purchase and would buy again/recommend to others.

It really doesn't hold 38 bottles because the bottles come in various sizes. For example, we removed one shelf so we could store champagne and Amarula. If you alternate the bottles cork forward, cork back, it will hold more. It's quiet, has a light and I love the digital thermometer which is easier to read. It is considerably bigger and heavier than our last wine cooler, so we don't have to go to the liquor store as often.

This being a dual zone wine refrigerator is an excellent buy. The price for this product is excellent. So far it has done a great job and I would recommend it to others to buy.

No problems. Temps hold well. The slats are a little too close together, Nanking the bottles fit a little awkward but works fine.

Getting this unit was such an issue. The one that was delivered was completely destroyed. Dented in corners etc. Once I got a new one, it was easy to set up. Now to the product itself. Biggest flaw - dual zone, not so much. There is no real separation between the top zone for which is cooler and for whites/champagne, and the bottom zone for reds which is warmer. So in turn the whole fridge basically is a blend of the 2 zones. The red bottles feel to the touch a little colder than I would prefer. My 2nd issue is the shelves. While fairly sturdy, I don't like how they do not glide out easily. I have found that I have had to remove bottles before I can pull the shelf out, which defeats the purpose. Also, these shelves are made for standard 750mL size bottles, anything larger will be very difficult to fit, or won't fit. I removed the middle shelf from the top zone to put several champagne bottles. The 2 major pros I can think of is that it isn't loud, and that it has a lock.....those 2 aren't saying much. It just does an average job I feel and doesn't look bad. It all comes down to what you are looking for. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this isn't a bad unit to start out with. If you have many higher end wines, I would recommend spending more for a better fridge with a defined dual zones.

Granted, like others have noted, it does not store the amount of bottles that it claims to store ... And I Did in fact remove some of the existing shelves to allow for additional space so I could actually pull bottles as I need to pull them from the Wine Fridge This one fits well in my kitchen (and supports my needs for cooling the wines down .. ) for it does free up the space in my fridge that is now used for other purposes

Nothing fancy but is a good basic wine cooler for a small number of bottles. As others have noted, the shelves are tight so hard to fit pinot sized bottles easily, although we managed to do so but it means capacity is less much than 38 bottles. Also, we have way more reds than whites but the upper chamber temp won’t go above 54 degrees so not ideal for storing the extra reds. Finally, it does make a quiet gurgling sound...almost sounds like a bird cooing. It doesn’t bother us because it’s in a room further away but just noting it’s not silent like our old frigidaire.

This is a great price for a dual zone refrigerator and it hold a lot of stock. My first one came in damaged, but Best Buy replaced it quickly and with minimal hassle.

Love that you can fit multiple bottles, but would have loved adjustable shelves, not just being able to remove a shelf. Does not fit 1.5L wine bottles or odd shaped wine bottles that are wider on the bottom. It makes getting the bottles on other shelves hard to get out because it wedges the other shelves stuck. Glad that is lockable to keep the teenagers in the house out.

Perfect fit for my wet bar. It keeps my wine bottles perfectly chilled and offers dual temperature settings for other drinks.

The cooler overall is excellent. Dual zone and you can't beat the price. Don't have crazy expectations of this unit. It's $400 bucks. The racks on the bottom are short and you have to juggle the bottles around to get them to fit. Also, the shelves are rather narrow in height and some red bottles (I noticed it a lot on Pino Noir) are VERY snug. If you have a super high end collection or really want to cram in 38 bottles this is probably not the cooler for you. If your a casual wine drinker and want to keep a mix of 20 or so reds and whites this unit will meet your needs.

The dual zones keep the wine cool! The only down side is that it’s hard to fit champagne and non-standard size bottles.

This is a quiet wine refrigerator with two zones for red and white. Great storage capacity and great value.

Really nice unit. Holds a lot of wine, but bottles have to be slim to fit well. Nice dual zone function. Good looking door. Inside wood shelves look very nice, but feels like they may break. Functions very well and is quiet

Love the design, very classy and works great with duel control. Easy to place bottle in and remove.

Keeps wine cold and hold a good amount. Quite and looks nice.
