Customers are saying

Customers regard the 38-Bottle Wine Cooler favorably due to its effective temperature control, quiet operation, and ample capacity. Many appreciate the dual-zone design, ease of use, and the cooler's attractive appearance. However, some customers note that the shelving may not accommodate all bottle sizes, and there have been reports of the product arriving damaged. The price point is frequently cited as a positive aspect.

    Awesome Wine Chiller

Love the look of this wine chiller. It works great too! A couple of things to be aware of, larger bottles have a tight fit. The dual temperature controls are easy to use but cooler temp setting for white wines is in the upper section and the warmer temp setting is in for lower section. Bought the matching beverage center and the pair are a great match!

Not as quiet as last wine cooler. Like the pull out trays, dual controls and capacity. Very attractive. Directions were a bit sketchy though.

I wanted to use this wine chiller for a bit before reviewing. I read both ends of the spectrum, Good and bad with other reviews. I live in Vegas so it’s a dryer climate and the fridge is in a medium sized laundry room and free standing (no counter above it) with clearance minimums for airflow met. Store pick up.....it was in perfect condition no dents or scratches. It had to be put on its side to fit in our suv for the 15 minute trip home. Packaging removed and I left it upright for 8 hrs before plugging it in as I’ve read placing it on its side could damage the compressor and system if used right away. I’ve set the lower zone to store red wine at 55° and the upper zone for whites at a serving temp of 48°. There is minor noise from the unit when it runs.....like any small fridge w compressor. Not horrible. I’ve used two digital thermometers to check the temperature swing in the middle of each zone for accuracy. The lower zone fluctuates between 54-55 degrees and the upper zone between 48-50. Lowering the upper zone to 45° vs 48° holds 48-49 degrees and lower level is usually 53°. I store both whites and reds and the avg wine is between $20-100. I’m no connoisseur but for my needs and for the price......I have nothing bad to say about it.....if I was extremely concerned and had $500 bottles of wine id prob purchase a built in unit or expensive stand alone.....all of this said....there is no way you will store whites on upper level at 41° and keep reds below at 55/60°....there is no seal between the zones and I think it’s asking too much of a unit of this design or price. For the average person willing to understand a 5-10° max swing between the zones for chilling and storage is the best you will get....again it’s really perfect and works well. The racks are small for red wine and yes you will have to maneuver or lift up slightly on the rack above to squeeze it in and are a little flimsy so be gentle haha. Overall I am extremely happy. Hopefully this detailed review helps anyone on the fence. Cheers!

It's a nice looking fridge but the drawers don't pull out and the space between each drawer is tight so it will only accommodate certain size bottles. It says it holds 38 bottles but I think realistically, it will hold about 34. It does the job it was intended for with a few inconveniences.

Honestly I was ready to take this back. I flipped the Wooden racks twice so they wouldn’t hang up.( Design flaw. ) finally got it. Then proceeded to load 750 ml bottles that barely fit or didn’t at all. The bottom rack was useless when I put bottles in facing the door they hit the door when closed. I was done. However my wife came in who is a master in organizing. Took out an upper shelf got all her large champagne bottles 6 or 7 plus 7 whites in the top area. Then loaded the shelves with 7 bottles very tight fit but it worked. And the bottom put 5 bottles facing the rear and 4 bottles sideways underneath. All total she got 39 bottles to fit. One more than advertised so I’ll keep it. Not the highest quality I’ve seen but price very reasonable if it lasts.

I love my wine fridge. The racks inside are the reason for not giving 4 stars. Pinot noir or others in wider bottles require you to find a shelf that fits. Some shelves are connected to each other and they won't budge. Smaller bottles go here. Larger bottles lift some of the unconnected shelves and fit just fine like this. Long bottles keep the door from shutting but can be put in at a slight angle or propped up against the protrusion inside. I doubt champagne will fit but haven't tried.

I bought this wine cooler knowing the shelves were small. However, once you insert them they do not slide in or out. they lock down in the back to keep from dumping your wine bottles. This makes it difficult to add or remove wine bottles. I wish I had spent a little more to get one with sliding shelves. Good value for the amount spent.

I had this unit before but lost it in a house fire. I had it for about 2 years w/o any issues. That's why I purchased it again. The only problem I had was the first unit delivered had multiple dents in it and must have been dropped on the front right corner because the adjustable foot was bent/pushed in. I returned it to one of the local Best Buy stores and was able to replace it w/o issue. This unit was in good shape upon removal from the packaging. So far so good.

Been wanting a wine fridge for years and now we have a nice one that can hold the wine that we have collected, etc. I love the size and features of this wine fridge. Only drawback that I have encountered with it is the fact that when I get into it and then close the door, after a minute or so, it starts beeping. I then have to open it, press the light button to turn off the light and the close the door again. Haven't figured that out yet. But would still recommend it.

Perfect size for my home. Glad I got the two temperature zones. Very smart looking. Fits well under my counter in a corner and it is convenient. The first one I got I had shipped to my home was damaged during shipping but I was able to Drive up and have a new one put in my vehicle. Great service

Got this for my hubby for father's day. Awesome product for the price point, easy to set up and install. Super quiet too. Not all wine bottles are made alike, so you will need to maneuver larger 'non-standard' bottle sizes for the most efficient fit, Otherwise, very happy with this wine fridge

Second unit arrived replacing the first one that was damaged. Second unit appeared to be intact so I signed off with delivery. Removing packing tape uncovered damage similar to first unit except on other front corner of door. Too many phone calls to Mexico dealing with customer service I accepted a reduced price rather than deal with the return/reorder process. Unit works as represented but will not accommodate some larger wine bottles

After looking at several wine refrigerators, I stumbled upon this one in the store. It had everything I was looking for dual capability, large capacity and quiet. Once in a while, you may hear the refrigerator hum but you won't even notice it. It was under $400. I am so glad I "stumbled" upon this one. I am very pleased with it.

So far so good. We only took delivery of this wine cooler the week before Christmas. Then we were gone for the next two weeks. What I can say is that it came well packaged, no dents or bruises. Many reviews had indicated this was a problem. It looks very nice. The thermostat is working, light works. It is very quiet. Most shelves will accept various size bottles. Sometimes you have to lift up on the shelf and pull it out before placing the bottle on it. Also alternate placement on the shelf, top first, then bottom first for better fit. Now if it survives for two or more years, it will have been a great bargain! We’ll see!!!!!!!
