A good buy for the money. Very nice looking. With the dual temperatures

The cooler is a perfect fit for the redo in our family room. We added a heated tile floor, a new Samsung TV, chairs and ottoman and with the cooler, we don't have to leave the room. You can hear it run sometimes, but not too often and definitely not when the TV is playing. If fit perfectly into the spot I'd built for it. I've had it about 2 months now and it works well for the beverages, both wine and beer, that we keep in it.

Wasn't really looking for a split red/white wine cooler, but my other one went out and I had lots of wine to keep cool, I like this cuz it's got lots of room, It can be a little tight when putting in extra wide bottles, like champagne, but has worked out great. NIce looking too!

This unit was the perfect size to fit a specific location available in my house. The only downside is that I am not a fan of red wine and the lower section is not designed to chill white wines. Some of the bottle sizes do not fit the shelf spacing easily. But for the amount of wine I generally keep in my house this was a great option for me.

The cooler looks good, performs as as advertised, and my friends compliment us on it all the time..

It is a very large fridge but looks good and fits to kitchen. Matches pretty well with stainless steel appliances. Cools very good, dual zones are useful. Shelves are ok not fancy. Champagne bottle does not fit into the standard structure as well as some big bottles. You need to move shelves. And noise.. it works like tractor and we hear the noise from other rooms. The good part; it does not make the noise continuosly but when it does it is annoying especially if you sit close to it. Good product for the price. Noise is a good reason to return but there is not any other comparable products with same features and in the same price range.

This is a great mid size wine cooler if you have small bottles of wine to store. However some wineries think having thicker glass bottles is better...maybe so... but the wine racks in this cooler are not adjustable in height and bigger bottles raise up the racks above and limit storage space. I would recommend taking a couple of your bottles to the store and see if they fit first. I wish I had.

The first time I received the fridge, it was really damaged from shipping, with multiple large dents all over. I returned it and decided to try again. Unfortunately, it was also damaged, but this time it was on the rear top side and less visible. Best Buy was nice enough to give me a discount, so I’m giving it a try. It’s a nice looking fridge, but they do a really poor job packaging it on the top and bottom, with thin styrofoam. So far it’s working, but it sounds like a pigeon when it’s cooling. Some bottles are hard to fit in, but I expected that from other reviews. So all in all, OK fridge, not super satisfied, and hope you have better luck with shipping.

This unit performs well. However, it does not seem to take into account that many wine bottles share many different shapes. A standard Cabernet/Bordeaux bottle fits just fine in most cases, but wider sparkling bottles and Burgundy-style bottles such as those used for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir often do not fit well onto the shelves due to shelf clearance and slat layout. The stated bottle capacity will never be achievable unless using slimmer identical bottles. I have a mix of bottle types, and 25 bottles is about my max even when forcing them to fit. Also, this unit arrived with multiple dents on the case. I must give Best Buy credit, however, for giving me an impressive partial credit refund of the purchase price due to the damage.

The wine fridge is a very nice two zone unit with customizable temp zones for white or red wines. The unit makes a knocking sound when it starts up, which can be annoying, and when fully loaded can be a bit of a challenge to get the rack or wine bottle out. It doesn’t fit large diameter Pinots. When the unit arrived in had a dent in the side and another on the top edge, which I chose to accept given where I was installing it.

Bought this unit about a month ago for in store pick up. Everything went great. Did not have dents that other reviews have stated. This unit is not loud either. The unit holds standard bottles very well. Temperature control is accurate. I would definitely recommend this.

Wine cooler was delivered without issues, no dents or scratches. It looks good, but does not hold as many bottles as I expected, even with front to back arrangements. I haven't confirmed my suspicions but if the cooler is full, the back wall bottles are cooler than the front, you definitely need to put in fewer bottles than capavity to ensure good air flow. Overall I'm satisfied with the unit.

I believe this is the Best Buy for the money. I have had other brands in the past that did not last or keep the wine at the proper temperature. This seems to be maintaining the temperature correctly. You can pay a lot more for smaller capacity cooler. Why do that with this model gives you capacity and temperature control.

This is an outstanding wine cooler! Finding a two zone cooler that is this wide in this price range is not easy - trust me, I did a ton of research! The wood edge shelves give the appearance of a far more expensive unit. I have installed this is 4 of my customer’s homes and they are all thrilled with it!

Great value for the price and I like the dual zone feature. Only challenge is the height of the shelves. Its a challenge for some shelves to handle the larger width bottles (like pinot noir). Only a couple of shelves will handle those. Still, great value for the price.

I gave it 4 starts because the first one was very noisy. I think the compressor was either short on coolant or it was just bad because it start quiet then shortly after it got loud. As for the cooling it works great. Two different zone for different cooling and storage. Enough space for the bottles that I have, I've even put sodas in. Good product and not too large in size for me.

First of all, these things are all over priced. A full size fridge can be found for what these cost, and for the money they should be amazing. They are just ok. This particular model is occasionally louder than we'd like it to be, but it works fine. The bottom row is difficult to fit bottles on as it's a little shallower than the others.

Read a lot of reviews on this ref. Most of the bad ones had to do with delivery problems and the return policy. So I went and picked mine up at the store to avoid those types of problems. Good quality, dual temps that work. Perfect frig for 20-100 dollar wine. If your spending more than that on wine to store, have it professionally stored
