Great Product. Our central air quit working. The ac cools a 12x12 room. It does have a drip drain. I know some people use a drip tray it hose in a bottle. Being a RN I bought a cheap urinary 2L bag with a tube (foley bag with tube) connected this to the drip port. Drains well and you dont have a bottle ir drip tray that pets or kids can knock over. When the 2L bag fills with water..just empty it out by the hottom drain. Works great and keeps everything neat. AC works excellent--love the remote sleep mode.

First unit arived with a broken wheel. Was going to deal but also the vent hole had a manufacturing error preventing a flush seal of the vent pipe. It was bowed out and left a gap. Bestbuy aranged for pickup and shipped me a new unit. It was correctly assembled and works well. Using this unit to suplement central air in an open den to kitchen style room with tvs and computers. Air is ice cold and brings the temp down very quickly. Much better than the previous lg window unit that lasted for 2 years at a similar price. Ionizer isnt overpowering and can be on or off. The swing function is pretty cool to distribute air at different angles. A door on the top opens and closes more or less to do that. Only complaint is when using the app, remote, or unit itself each system of control is somewhat exclusive. Such as the remote wont know what setting you had going at the unit or the app. Also apparently electrolux is the actual manufacturer if anyone didnt know that.

This is perfect! It cools off our great room.. It is exactly what we wanted. It gets hot here in July and August; we don't have central air conditioning. This does the job! It is fairly easy to install, the only add-on I needed was a piece of Hardee Board so that I could vent it by the sliding glass door. *Make sure the size of the vent matches the hole you will be venting it through... those extenders offered on eBay and Amazon may not be the right size. If you are venting it by a sliding glass door, go to Lowes or Home Depot to get the board that you will need. The controls are fairly simple, the remote is good. The filter is easy to pull out and clean under running water. I recommend it!

We bought this Frigidaire 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner to put on our Bayliner Ciera boat for the very scorching hot (111°) 4th Of July weekend on Lake Mead, NV. ---IT DID NOT FAIL US! --- We were cool and comfortable the entire weekend and in to the week. --- I would HIGHLY recommend this unit as a solution for any cooling needs.

I am very happy with this Frigidaire portable a/c and I had done an ENORMOUS amount of research. It's less bulky than some. It's not that noisy as some. I needed the 6' cord; I almost bought Hisense brand but their cords are only 4'9" which wouldn't work in my room. (I did have to get help to get it installed & working)

Very easy to set up! We just moved into our apartment and unfortunately it has no AC. We bought this one as our first and were thinking about getting another after seeing how this one did. Needless to say, we may not even need to purchase another one because this one does so well at cooling our entire house down. Mind you, we live in a very small two bedroom apartment. We also love that its portable and often move it from the living room to our bedroom on super hot nights. This thing is incredible. It also has a dehumidifier and air purifier as well which we havent tried out yet but im excited to in the future!

This is an excellent a/c! However, whether you would call it portable depends on how you define that term. You can technically move it but it is not portable in the sense that you can just roll it to another room. You have to disconnect everything from the window (hoses, drain tubes, etc) A truly portable unit in an a/c for the house cannot exist as the hot air has to go somewhere, which requires a vent to the outside similar to a clothes dryer. This unit has been reliable and gets a room very cold. It is also fairly quiet and does not bother me while sleeping. Our central air does not treat the rooms equally so we use this A/C for the bedroom. Works Great!!

This works great. I purchased it when my AC went out and tried getting cheaper models at first. I regret not just getting this earlier because I really helped more than the other model I purchased before this one.

I purchased this for a small office room with a computer that is basically a mini heater. It works pretty well! It’s supposed to be one of the quieter ones. I don’t think I would want one any louder. However, with a pair of Sony XM4 noise cancelling that I also got at Best Buy it’s nearly silent. Also, some you have to drain water in AC mode. I haven’t had to worry about that using the AC mode on this one. That is another positive on this one.

Unit is spacious, energy efficient, not overly noisy, and most importantly cool! My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase and would by another one if ever needed.

Excellent unit. Quickly cools the old farmhouse upstairs and is relatively quiet! Automatic luvure action is neat as well. Easy installation.

This is a great unit to keep cool on very hot days. Easy to work - does what it says. Highly recommend this unit.

cools 500 sqft fairly well, used it in my shop and then in a spare room and was satisfied with the air cooling

Its nice cools a small room, I will purchase one more to be able to cool large space. I like that it connects to my google hub so i say "hey google turn on and or turn off ac" and it works nicely.

There were two sizes of this AC, and I'm glad I opted for the larger 12,000 BTU size. It worked quite well this last summer in the extreme heat. It's noisy, but they all are. I've had similar ACs in the past, and like that this one is a bit smaller than many others.

I brought this unit one day ago and I’m very pleased. I went on you tube to see how to set it up and it was very simple. I see the timer to turn on and turn off when I go to sleep. Make sure you don’t remove the black round pieces in the back. If you want the air just hook the house to unit and run it out the window then plug it in. The unit gets very cold. I love it

I bought this open boxed and I am so happy. I like in a very hot very dry climate and the house I’m in uses evaporated coolers which do not work well in high heat. We bought this to help keep out newborn cool and it really does make a huge difference. It gets so cold that sometimes we do have to turn it off. Additionally it isn’t very loud at all. The house we have has the crank windows so i bought a different kit to vent the unit but overall I am so happy.

This unit is working as expected. It’s a quality build and cools my 450sqft room well. The ability to control the unit via wireless internet offsite is an added bonus. The only ding I would give it is for the window ventilation setup. It’s very cheap plastic and mine actually was broken in the box. I ordered an aftermarket kit that was much more robust and handled a larger window opening. Overall you can’t go wrong with this unit.

My second portable AC unit. So the set up was mostly similar. This one had a few extra steps like asking you to drill your window for the screws. But I didn't do that so took a bit of time to think of an alternative way. But it all worked out in the end. The AC works as intended. It cools down at the temperature I set it to. Definitely blows cooler air than my old one. The true test will be when we get another heat wave here but I think I'll be okay. My only downside so far is the app. For some reason, it cannot connect to my wifi. I like to set my AC to start at certain times so I can come back to an already cooled apartment after work. I believe that setting is only available via their app but couldn't get it to work. My apartment is approximately 324sq ft.
