My second portable AC unit. So the set up was mostly similar. This one had a few extra steps like asking you to drill your window for the screws. But I didn't do that so took a bit of time to think of an alternative way. But it all worked out in the end. The AC works as intended. It cools down at the temperature I set it to. Definitely blows cooler air than my old one. The true test will be when we get another heat wave here but I think I'll be okay. My only downside so far is the app. For some reason, it cannot connect to my wifi. I like to set my AC to start at certain times so I can come back to an already cooled apartment after work. I believe that setting is only available via their app but couldn't get it to work. My apartment is approximately 324sq ft.

Thus far, this unit pumps out some cold air in truly quiet fashion. I use this unit to compliment my HVAC system to make my bedroom extra cool. For that purpose, it works amazing but be aware. If you’re using this as your sole cooling unit and the weather is hot and humid, it can struggle getting the space down below 70 degrees…which I found out when my HVAC went out for a week. During that time, after 3 days of constant running, this unit was able to keep my bedroom at around 73 when the rest of the house was in the high 80’s low 90’s

Cools great ! But not able to use due to the window kit.. had it in one bedroom and had to use cardboard to close a space … then moved it to another room because all the hot air was coming back inside. Is better in the other room , but still nit great

cools 500 sqft fairly well, used it in my shop and then in a spare room and was satisfied with the air cooling

I have had this AC for two years now and works well. The remote doesn’t work very well and I have to drain it every other day but it does keep my apartment cool in the summer so that’s what matters!

I bought a portable AC from another store a few weeks before Hurricane Beryl. That unit was nothing compared to the Frigidaire that we got at Best Buy. My family and I went without power for 7 full days. Thank GOD I was able to get my hands on a Frigidaire AC during the power outage. It was a blessing to be able to purchase it and keep at least one bedroom in the house cooled. Since then, we have purchased 2 more units, so we are ready for the next power outage. I have recommended this to friends and they have purchased it as well and they luv it. We returned the first portable AC back to the other store and got a full refund.

Excellent A/C! I used it in a large 450 sq. ft. room and it never let me down. It kept me cool in the hot times and fresh out of the shower. It doesn’t take very much time to ramp up either! Keep the filters clean often and it’ll perform its best! Just use a dry microfiber cloth outside to wipe off dust and then do a quick wash with warm soap and water and let them dry.

This is a good unit for small places, I was in a pinch when my AC unit went out, I was able to get this quickly and it cooled my room quickly and kept it at a comfortable temperature for sleeping, then I tried the science project and left the bedroom door open and it reduced the temperature of the living room by 5 degrees

We purchased this to help our 3600 sq ft home cool down the upstairs bedrooms when the children come to visit. After 1 week my daughter loves it. Install was easy just have a small saw to cut the window piece to fit. Even comes with self-adhesive foam edging to seal the window piece. Worth the investment

Not perfect but not terrible. A solid 3.5. Pros: Cold air, cools down my room while 100+ outside, never below 78. Cons: It’s heavy but rolls easy. It’s loud. The compressor is louder than a regular stand fan. When the compressor goes off it makes a loud thud, sometimes the window exhaust will come out a little. The sleep feature wakes me up when it kicks back on, the fan gets louder than normal for some reason. You get use to the sound when using it while you’re awake. its really not that bad. It uses about 1400 watts on high.

Great AC unit!! Set up was simple and easy. The remote is OK. I use my phone and tablet to operate the unit. The room I have it in is a little over 500sqft and it cools it completely sometime it gets a little too cold in the room. Did I mention I use my phone to operate it. I said it twice because I love this feature, I work 30 miles away from my home and when I get off I use the app on my phone to turn the unit on and set it. By time I get home my room is already nice and cool. Great Purchase!!!

It’s a good buy. I’m from Texas, so I know what good AC feels like. It’s noisy, but just put some headphones in and you’ll get used to it. I’d recommend a window unit if you can make that work though. This is a good alternative if you’re like me and don’t have a window capable of supporting an AC unit. I’ve had this unit for a month and it’s very good at cooling my studio apartment quickly. It also does a great job of circulating air. My apartment feels 600x fresher after about 30min of use.

I really like this unit. Easy to use and setup. It cools off a bedroom pretty well if you seal off the room.

I would love to give this item a 5star rating, but because i got it open box, it was already opened. The open box listing did not say it would be missing a part, but it WAS missing a part. Thankfully I did not need that part at this time, so its pretty much ok, but this will hamper me from getting my full value if I should change my circumstances in the future. The item definitely works to cool my 550sqft office, even in 112 degree weather with direct westerly exposure.

Game changer in this heat! We have a 3 yo old unit that could not keep up on these 100+ days and this unit is as advertised. Easy to install! My only complaint is the noise, but I sleep good in my recliner listening to it!
