I was told the old stove would be picked up but was not told that it had to be disconnected and available when the new stove was delivered so I had to arrange to take care of the old stove myself. Further one of the burners does not light the flame. I called Frigidaire and endured the usual waits for response. They gave me a list of repair personnel in the area. When I called them they told me I needed to get additional paperwork before they would act on the repair. The stove also had a dent in the side when it was delivered which Best Buy did provide a discount.
