I ordered this product for a new home construction and it was litterally dropped off on my doorstep with significant damange. No one from Best Buy contacted me, I conteacted them and after a couple of weeks we got a replacement. It was damaged worse that the first. Again I initited contact with Best Buy and after weeks gone by we are still waiting for a refund. I purchaed the this product from another company. It was undamaged and the price was cheaper. Buyer beware their On-line service.
