BIG dents. I would be mad if i really cared about that.. but does it work? Yes and No. The refrigerator part of it gets very cold. I did adjust the temp to higher...which i adjusted back. The freezer part seems to not get as cold as it should. I have it set to 3, and the jury is still out on the temperature control. If the setting helps, i would give it another star. For now, i do not recommend this unit.

Opened it up and it looked like someone kicked the side in . Called to report the damage Was now told i will have to pay for a pick up and replacement of the fridge . Not a great experience so far. Still waiting for a reply back.
