I ordered the 4.5 Cu. Ft Frigidaire brand new as listed from BestBuy; however, when it came the product was as if it was an open box since the bottom of the cardboard lifted right out without cutting it. The interior pieces of plastics broken, damaged on the bottom with a four inch opening; and right door dented. Delivery service: UPS; date of delivery is as expected. BB is it not acceptable to advertise a used damaged product as brand new.

I bought 4 of these, all of they came physical damaged and one doors are not aligned

So far satisfied seems to be doing well had a little time trying to get it adjusted

Fridhe works great for the dorm. It did arrive dented though. No time for returns as my daughter needed it for her dorm. Too much turn around as they didnt have any in stock at our local store.

Delivered with several damages to it called customer service was only able to give 10% discount will be canceling best buy acct and never shopping there again

Don’t bother purchasing this product. The box arrives intact but the product is obviously being sold as damaged. The box was fine but the refrigerator has plastic peeling and has dents on the front and back. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy’s merchandise.

I didn’t open package because I use it when I go back to college dorm . Once I opened I found dents on the door. It’s complicated to exchange. I decided to use it. But so disappointed .

Like so many others this fridge seems to function well but was received damaged. I got a whopping 10% off from BBuy for the inconvenience. If I had a truck it would have went back but since I dont and I didn't want to deal with shipping and handling I guess 10 whole % off will do.. Smh....

Excellent functioning, small but occupied too much

Right out of the box, the bottom fridge door is a little crooked so it doesn’t even close and hard to open because it’s not on straight

Packaging should have been improved after so many reviews about dented item. It came dented and the box was damaged too. Very disappointing. I already sent an email with pictures.

When I received the package was big damaged, no customer service you can get !

When I bought the door was not working properly but I just say okay I can handle it however the time pass and the fridge is producing a lot of frost in the freezer. I would accept it when it is an old fridge but it is brand new unbelievable!! Unfortunately it says is not longer eligible for return. It is very few time to measure quality on this type of product. How can I return it?

Bought for garage I live in Mn and the freezer has issues due to temps in the winter. Had to install a garage heater kit. Nice interior layout and nice looking unit

Arrived damaged. Two inch gap hole. Looks like a good fridge but it's going back.

Just out of the box, not even plugged in yet, and there's a big dent. I should have known better...

Well, this is as "mid-sized" as it gets! It is compact as far as depth and width go, but it is a much taller unit than others with the same cubic square feet. The finish is nice, and doesn't really show finger prints. Not too noisy, and the temperature control is great! It gets SUPER cold, and reacts fast when adjusting temps. If too hot, or cold, I suggest only moving the knob 1/2 of a number. Let unit adjust for an hour before readjusting. I wanted a fridge that could hold a gallon or two of milk, and this does that with ease! The freezer also holds a full-sized container of Bluebell ice cream! The plastic molding in the door for cans is stationary, which is a bit of a bummer (I don't really ever buy cans), but other products can be housed there (like yogurt or water bottles). Overall, great fridge!

I read all the reviews on the units arriving dented and or damaged, this obviously needs to be addressed by Electrolux. My unit did arrive with a small dent on the side not very noticeable, it should not arrive with any dings! The Good! The unit is fairly priced at under $250 US Dollars, looks good and is very quiet and has a lot of room for its size. Cools very well and seems well insulated. The door has a ton of cubbyholes for cans and taller liter bottles. Nice crisper section and an ample freezer section with its own door. Unit has not problem staying at 0 degrees. The Bad! If you need to move the door to open right to left (shipped left to right) the instructions in the manual included are incorrect. I struggled with this until, I said heck with it and figured it out on my own. The freezer section seems to ice up way too much (disclaimer mine is in the garage South Florida). Freezer is not self defrosting. I noticed less ice build up when the freezer is full vs, empty. Overall I am please with unit and the value associated with the price paid. Electrolux you need to go to China and talk with your supplier on packing units better to prevent damage. OR better yet start making these in the USA. I would not mind paying a little more for quality!
