To one reviewer, the manufacturer says to get ahold of the retailer. But instructions say to contact them is anything is missing. Just foreign label shifting. This replaced a smaller Kitchen Aid that I had and all the parts are 100% the same. Things just are not made to the quality they once were and then when something goes wrong, no one stands up to correct the problem.
