My fridge was significantly dented on both the front and sides. I picked it up at the store and had it loaded into the trunk. How this item would have been received and unchecked and then subsequently loaded into my car by another employee who also didn't check it's condition is beyond me. Regardless, returning.

Dented and freezer not working

The first one received was damaged beyond being able to use it so we had to return it and the 2nd one they sent was still damaged but not as bad so we just decided to keep it.

Should be a little bit bigger fir there us a soace to make it wider.

Called to cancel, could never get through to anyone ever, I would wait for an hour call back and then get hung up on. Frig cane damaged and Customer Svc would only offer 10% savings. One of the worst purchase experiences of my life, will not purchase from Bestbuy again. Ever.

Damaged product and poor customer service

Dealing with customer service was frustrating as they were not responsive. While Best Buy will ship a replacement, it is my responsibility to return damage fridge. This has been a frustrating experience.

The cooling element has stopped working twice. We took the first one back and they gave us a new unit because it could not be replaced. The seal on the door is not strong so it easily comes open. We really wanted a larger unit for the semi truck that held more groceries but twice now our food has been ruined because it stops cooling. Hoping to return and get our money back.
