The fridge is fine, but the freezer could be a little bigger. Otherwise, it's been fine so far. No problems mechanically.

Nice refrigerator but bad packing.

It took bestbuy one month to attempt to cancel it, and they are charging me for the pick up. I spend at least three weeks on the phone with them-I kept getting transferred from one representative to another-they wasted my time-I spent at least three hours on the phone with them each day!! how ridiculous is that? imagine that-3 hours every day for three weeks because they don't know how to cancel an order and pick up my item-wooow. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon or Sears Outlet.

The box was badly damaged when we picked it up from Best Buy, but I was assured the fridge was not damaged. When we unpacked the fridge, it is dented in multiple places and the door is bent causing it to join open easily.
