||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cancelled this item literally three seconds after I have purchased it-Bestbuy STILL delivered it to my door-they just left it there without giving me the option to reject it. It took bestbuy one month to attempt to cancel it, and they are charging me for the pick up. I spend at least three weeks on the phone with them-I kept getting transferred from one representative to another-they wasted my time-I spent at least three hours on the phone with them each day!! how ridiculous is that? imagine that-3 hours every day for three weeks because they don't know how to cancel an order and pick up my item-wooow. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon or Sears Outlet.

The box was badly damaged when we picked it up from Best Buy, but I was assured the fridge was not damaged. When we unpacked the fridge, it is dented in multiple places and the door is bent causing it to join open easily.

The box was severly damaged upon pick up. When we opened the fridge was damaged, including a hole, in the places that the box was damaged.

Both times, the fridge was delivered from a warehouse in Northern Virginia to my local Best Buy store in Harrison where I picked them up. The staff checked the second one, and yet again, it was damaged. Of course, I refused it and got a refund. Not willing to take a damaged fridge!! Ridiculous and very frustrating.
