When it was delivered I came to the store to pick it up. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. The employee who helped me was fast, efficient, and had excellent customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone.

It took about 6 months for the repairs to my home. The fridge did its job well during that time. It is small, but kept everything cold as it should. When I moved back home, I put the fridge in my shop to hold Cokes. Yesterday, my Cokes were cold. Today, they are at room temperature. The unit only lasted 13 months. At $199 it's not worth repairing, and with the4 short lifetime, it's certainly not worth rebuying.

Started great but not going well

First one arrived damaged. reported the issue and received a second one that was in better shape. Was very pleased with the fridge at first we put it in the garage used the refrigerator for drinks and the freezer for ice cream and other frozen treats. This winter we noticed the ice cream was melted. Even after numerous thermostat adjustments still will not keep frozen items frozen.

Mine started leaking two years after I bought it. Then the bottom part started freezing. I call the company and they’re not willing to fix it or replace it. It’s supposed to last for 12 years at least and it didn’t even last 3 years. It will cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. I’m very disappointed. This product should be recalled or improved.
