After 2.5 years, the freezer started to frost over on the inside and the refrigerator isn't cold. I adjusted the controls and checked the seals but still doesn't work properly..

They promised things and didn't follow through with them. They're customer service really needs a makeover, especially when there are tons of other places to make purchases. The item itself makes loud weird noises and instead of having to deal with Best Buy again, because they didn't do a good job the first time, I decided to just deal with it because I need the mini fridge. It works just fine, just makes noises.

I feel very bad for having to throw this away and the environmental impact. Stop producing junk and make things that will last, please!!

Damaged product - Poor Best Buy policy

It weighs 94 pounds - too difficult to bring in. I am able to ship it back at my own expense and then order another at the current price. No exchanges, just return and repurchase. Frigidaire swaps it out for them, so why does Best Buy make such a big deal out of it. I would purchase this unit, but not from Best Buy.
