Beware "open box excellent" & customer service

I don't believe this counts as "looks brand new" or having no signs of cosmetic use. The support team was not able to help me and suggested I physically stop by the store to see what the options are. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and lack of ways to remedy the situation. While the fridge itself is what I needed, it was mismarked and now I am stuck with the dents.

Meh- you need a cheap beer frig or dorm room frig? Buy it If looking for something substantial- well keep looking- sorry- just not a fan-
