Fridge Cooling variation

Upper rack generates ice while lower area not cold enough. Tried playing with the setting to no avail. Also bottles only fit vertically in the door; rack positions don't allow for standard 12-oz bottles to stand up in any form. Lastly disappointed in Best Buy not willing to take old fridge as haul away... they said only large fridge for pick up.
