Very very Poor shipping package...

The replacement is no different and had to settle with it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. very very Poor shipping package...

I didn't see the dent at first, and the refrigerator seems to be working, so that's what matters.

It’s hard to get the temp correct. It keeps food cool — but does not preserve them as well as a good fridge. (Maybe the temperature vs humidity balance)? If you need it for vegetables I can not recommend it. It sometimes freezes them - my poor mushrooms and kale looked like the North Pole. If you need it for milk products, beverages, and sealed products then it can probably be counted on. In covid times — It is better than nothing.

I kept it in the box for several months before I opened it up tried the troubleshooting recommendations and the owners manual and did not seem to be able to figure it out not worth taking any repairs since it wasn’t that expensive it probably cost more for the repair than the value refrigerator

They’ll drinks tend to fall over and some spaces are tighter than I want them to be.
