    Randomly stops cooling

    I have had this for less than a year and it will randomly stop working. The light will remain on, but the cooling isnt working as you can see the fridge start to defrost. Bought this to replace my old college mini fridge purchased over 12 years ago, and this doesnt work as good.

    I was disappointed that my mini fridge came with several dents. It looked as if it had been used and repacked. If I did not need it desperately I would have sent it back. Just moved into house and needed fridge until my regular one would come in 3 weeks later

    totally quit running at the 2 year mark. I was told by Frigidaire service "There just is no way to know how long an appliance will last before it may have a problem or come to a point where it cannot be repaired. We are sorry you had an issue with the appliance." i now have a $400 paperweight. Service and product sucks.

    Fridge is decent. Experimentation needed. First try, on temperature level too high (apparently?) sodas exploded everywhere. First two needed to be returned for motor not working. What are the odds of TWO not working in a row? I guess they say third times the charm. Moving forward. It does refrigerator stuff, so yay.

    Even at medium cool, it froze all the food on the top shelf because the freezer is at the very top

    Don't buy an open box or refurb

    Bought a refurb open box from Best Buy online. Came super dented on the front. The back compressor area looked like it was messed around with. Inside showed signs of use. Opened it past return period so cannot return it. I hear loud sounds when it switches on or off now.

    Good for the purpose as a standby and cannot be compared to regular refrigerator. Food stays good for 3 to 4 days.

    There is no way to control the fridge & freezer sections separately. The freezer does not work well without turning the control dial all the way up…thus freezing some items in the fridge section. I called customer service & that was a useless service experience. The rep kept saying the make and model number information is located inside the fridge. NOT! Since it was not there, she gave me the number of a repair place they refer to in my area. HOWEVER, I would have to pay for the service since the make & model number could not be found. I’ve had this thing ONE week. I will return this to Best Buy.

The optimum refrigerator temperature range for storing fresh food is between 38 - 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If your food is freezing, then it is possible that your fridge’s temperature setting was accidentally set too low. This is a common problem that can lead to your refrigerator freezing food. Refrigerators use air vents to circulate cold air and ensure a consistent temperature throughout the storage area. In order to ensure the proper temperature, you need to allow room for proper air flow between the freezer and refrigerator compartments. If food is blocking these air vents, it will be exposed to more cold air and may freeze over time. (Blocked vents can also make it harder for your freezer to maintain temperature.)     Keep getting same beat up refrigerator

    Purchased online and arrived on time . I opened box and refrigerator looked like it had been beat with a ball peen hammer . I carried it or store to return and reorder and have replacement sent to store and pick up there . Was told it would be there on the 3rd and it wasn’t . Absolutely no notification that it wouldn’t be or when it would be . Arrived two days later at store and still absolutely no communication. Also since it was store pickup you can’t check status … Decided to move on elsewhere to buy this product .

    Got tired of going downstairs to get something to drink or snack on. So we decided to get this mini fridge and it has worked out immensely! Keeps everything cold. I would have preferred frost free, but couldn't find one in our price!
