Website says Free Delivery up to 3 stories. i spoke with agent and was told, YES we will deliver it to basement , unbox it, inspect it. set it up and take the boxing material. Well, that didn't happen. It was shipped by FedEX and not local, even tho they were in stock here. FedEx came and driver said I don't have a dolly. I said I have one and you can use and take it to the basement He said FedEx doesn't deliver to basements. And he left it in front of my garage and left. I called BB for assistance and complaint. There was NO help. 3 different agents, said this is where FedEx delivers. I tried to get some satisfaction. Don't trust Best Buy. They don't live up to their own website...Best Buy has lost a Customer !!!
