He seem to know his products and didn't try to push higher priced items. He helped but in the end let us make our own decision. He was also very helpful in the delivery part as we were remodeling our kitchen and wasn't ready for delivery until midway through the following week'

Overall it does the job. I have found that it cooks hotter than expected so I have to reduce cook time from what is recommended on the packaging. The top is a bit difficult to keep clean as the black shows everything.

When cooking for our large family gatherings it is nice to not have only 3 small burners and one large. Now we can go from small pot cooking to large on a front stove. The size of the oven is perfect for the large ham and turkeys that we make. I am very Happy with the purchase
