I careful pulling drawers out. My only complaint is that it is noisy. Always makes a gurgling sound and I think water is running.

Shelves don't fit wider wine bottles

Worse, they almost do so it gets all stuck and jammed, and getting them out is impossible. I almost exclusively drink California red and I guess the bottles are a touch bigger than the normal, but they're certainly not outliers. The fact that a mass volume wine fridge from a recognizable brand wouldn't take these size bottles into consideration is baffling. Its so obvious it almost feels like I'm getting pranked... I am not sure what to do with it now! Wish I had read the 1 star reviews before buying.

This is because there is no barrier between the top and bottom zone. We had a repairman out twice, and he agreed-nothing wrong with the unit, it just doesn’t keep the two zones different temps. We had the cold zone at its lowest setting and the warm zone at its highest, and after 24 hours, both zones had an ambient temp of 49 degrees.

Needs some redesign work

The space between shelves(racks) is so small you can only fit tiny bottles. It was totally useless yo us. Additionally the wooden racks do not look like good quality and will probably warp or mildew with time. Soo disappointed and took it back!!! They should redesign this with metal racks and test it with different sized bottles .

We have one zone set at 46 and one at 64, but everything in it is the same temperature. We even tried reversing the zones with the same result. Disappointed.

The unit stopped cooling after just over 4 months of use. I have spent 4 days trying to get this repaired through Frigidaire, but it has been horrible. They scheduled someone to come to the house to repair it, but the scheduling did not work. Twice! Now a new service company is being used and they are a week away from servicing it. At this point, I just want my money back so I can buy a product that works
