Temps are good and accurate The shelves do not pull out easily - it’s a chore to see what is on the shelf.

I purchased the Frigidaire wine cooler with high expectations, given the price I paid. While the cooler itself performs as expected in terms of temperature control, I was shocked to find that the screws inside the machine have started to rust within less than 20 months of use. It’s no secret that wine coolers operate in a humid environment, so I would expect a reputable company like Frigidaire to use rust-resistant or stainless steel screws. This is a serious manufacturing oversight and unacceptable for a product in this price range. I take good care of my appliances, and I’m incredibly disappointed that such an important detail was overlooked. I see this as a major design flaw and a breach of trust in product quality. I am requesting that Frigidaire either send me replacement screws made from appropriate materials or replace the unit entirely. Rust inside a wine cooler not only compromises the appliance but also raises concerns about how well other components are built. Frigidaire, I expect better from you. Please take this feedback seriously and address this issue for current and future customers. Let me know if you’d like to adjust the tone or add more details!

Shelves are a too close together so to stand a 12oz can up or lay down a champagne bottle, you have to remove a shelf.

The first one of these that I ordered had to be returned: it literally didn't turn on. Now two months into the replacement and I'm cautiously optimistic: so far it's kept the temperature and runs reasonably quiet, so great. If it's still working this well a year from now then it'll deserve 5 stars; that unfortunate experience with the first one of these makes me think it's prudent to withhold judgment for a little while longer....

Fantastic value for the price (brand name unit with same features as those costing twice to three times as much). Attractive, very quiet, reliable, and a perfect fit. The wooden shelves are an added bonus, albeit a bit close together (width can't be accommodated) but fully stocked as advertised with minimal creative bottle placement. Considering another unit for our second home.

This wine fridge was the perfect size for the space I had in my basement. My only criticism is that the shelves are spaced too close together, so only slender bottles will fit. Tried to upload photos to illustrate the problem, but was unsuccessful.

Pretty happy with the purchase. It's odd that upper section is for white and bottom for red by default. Warm air rises, so you would think it would make more sense if cooler section is at the bottom. The settings can be changed. Spaced is little bit tight to store fatter bottles, and they can't be stored on top shelves. You can store them on other shelves. Pretty solid overall. I would buy it again.

We have had the wine fridge for 2 years and it has been fine. I like white and hubby likes red so this dual zone temp works for us. It is quiet and fits perfectly in our wine bar. I would recommend.

Overall a good cellar. Very low noise and this is pleasing. Definitely NOT a 45-wine-bottle cellar. The manual refers to a very small size bottle, but it’s OK. I do recommend given that you are not looking to fit 45 bottles in it.

It is almost silent. It keeps wine chilled to the correct temperature. Lots of space. Only thing I can suggest is a rack for larger bottles of wine. They don't currently fit.

So far so good! Easy delivery and set up. Although it may not hold the number of bottles mentioned if you have fatter bottles, it still holds a good amount and is quiet! That's a key factor for me.

For what we need it for. Keeps everything a decent temperature. I just wish shells were a little higher. Some of the bigger bottles don't fit. The basket on the bottom is kind of useless too.

This unit is very noisy compared to our old one that was whisper quiet. We bought this one because it was immediately available. Also, the wooden shelves seem cheap and are difficult to pull in and out once bottles are stored. The capacity is much less than expected... good luck getting 45 bottles into it!

Excellent two zone wine cooler for the price. The shelves can be a bit close together but that is not hard to work around. I am very pleased with this purchase

Very good for the price-Easy to use and a space saver

Over all great product. I wish that it had more room for a few really fat wine bottles. It was very easy to set up.

Quit and runs good A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

When we opened the box on Christmas Day, we discovered the bottom was dented and covered with crumbled styrofoam, when I returned it, the customer service agent tried to recharge me $59 for the warranty and tack on a $99 delivery charge. After some lively discussion, I decided to pick up the new fridge at the store to avoid the delivery charge and after agreeing to pay an additional $10 for the warranty, the warranty rang up as no additional funds were necessary. I won’t know how good the fridge is until I receive the replacement, but I will admit I was less than pleased with the return process.

Clumsy bottle storage. Shelves are super flimsy and most bottles were super tight trying to get them in or out. Bottom section is an entire piece. Also, dimensions are smaller in width than most of this bottle capacity. Returned due to difficulty of use getting bottles in and out. Would not recommend
