Had to replace my air conditioner because it was corroded and dirty for more than 10 years but luckily Best Buy had it because I only shop at Best Buy with their fantastic warranty plus it's the only air conditioner that fits in my New York City Apartment LOL great fast delivery will definitely buy again if warranties out and it breaks down no negative problems with this air conditioner what kind of wish you was smart LOL but that's why they have Smart plugs

A/C came in damaged and used. We bought a new a/c but it was damaged.

First of all they are hard to find, so I was ecstatic when I found this one. It was easy to install, cools off more than the 450 sq ft it recommends (and I mean cold), and it was in stock! Only con would be the noise--it's a tad bit noisy, but it's totally worth it.

Works very well. No issues so far. Kinda noisey but as to be expected with a window A/C unit. Glad it came with a mounting system also.

I live on the second floor. With a casement window it's tough to find an ac to fit. This model fits and provides superior cooling for my 200 sq ft. room. So happy to have found it.

There is no way you'll get one of these units delivered undamaged. They might be damaged before they get packaged into the box. The box will look fine. I've bought two. It doesn't matter. They still work with cosmetic dents and cracks in plastic. Do not wait until demand is high, you will overpay and likely wait weeks for stock to become available.

easy to install, ledge was provided and spacer to cover the area around the device was also provided...it was time to replace the one we had and this one is twice as good...may buy another one !

We do not typically need AC but during the few weeks of crazy heat in Long Beach CA during the summer we do need some relief. I did research and this appeared to be the best choice for casement (horizontal slider) style windows. So far so good as it fairly easy to install and has got us through a few nights of crazy heat. I did contact Best Buy and they matched the Home Depot price which was nice. Highly recommended when a casement window air conditioner is needed.

This unit cools good, but this unit is a bit load.

This a/c is perfect for the Summer time. Does not cool the entire house but it does cool down the main rooms in the house such as the living room and dining room.

Cools room quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Pretty good it came in time though the corner was damaged enroute. Box was smashed and there was some damage to corner of A/C

Great AC for those who have a sliding windows, cools my living room in an instant.

I ordered the AC and it came four days early, just before the really hot and humid days were going to start. It fits nicely in the window as designed. It really cools the front of my ranch house nicely. Quite running. Would recommend it to any who needs this type of AC.

We bought this AC unit because it fit our window size and it was more powerful. We used it for a couple weeks before the weather got cooler and we didn't need it anymore. It cooled our room down quickly and kept it at a very comfortable temp. We got it on sale for about $120 off the regular price.

It works as described and is very good. I only gave it 4/5 stars because it was a little confusing to install. It comes with an instruction booklet, but it has many ways to install it depending on your window. But overall, it works perfect.

Air conditioner works great wish I would have bought one 4years ago,and we have only had it on low haven’t needed to turn it up keeps the room cool just on low
