    Oven had to be replaced, since it was releasing chemical odor every time oven was used. 2nd one is doing pretty much the same thing

    Carefully consider- functional with issues

    We just purchased this range after owning a similar Frigidaire Gallery range for over 15yrs. It’s definitely a step down due to a couple of items. 1) after a SINGLE use of the stove, the glass top developed smudges and circles under the glass. We used a leading brand of glass top cleaner both before and after the first use. It looks like we’ve owned it for 10yrs already. 2) the oven is noisy during pre-heating, and also after it’s turned off, while it’s cooling down. Functionally it operates fine, and we can deal with the noisy fan, but the glass top is disappointing.

Regarding the fan being noisy, it is normal for the fan to make a humming noise throughout cooking cycle and after oven is shut off.
