I am okay with open box but this stove did not even work. Store states it have been checked by geek squad. It was a waste of my time and and money. Store delivery is good and return staff are nice but the product is horrible,

I haven't even gotten this yet, seriously asking me for a review? Was supposed to get May 7th, then it was it hasn't arrived at store, then it was backordered. Really want to like stove but don't have it!!

I bougth the geek squad plan for 99 dollars I had an issue with my stove and my plan was cancelled, I spoke with customer service promising to reinstate my plan and till this day my plan it’s still cancelled and no refund has been issued either
