customer service is really helpful, first time doesn't work, called need to return and buy again, they are helpful what package need to purchase. i love using stove.

The electric code was too short to plug in a nearby outlet. The grills were not inside the top frame edges, so can easily burn user's hands and skins. I regret that I ordered it. It did not arrive on time for my pickup with no update on pickup schedules, etc., so my family had to waste time to figure out what to do next, complain, etc. I didn't start using it.

Fridgidaire makes great products and this stove and oven is the best looking we found

I would not recommend this product. After only a couple of weeks we started to get a heavy gas smell on the initial startup of the oven. After 3 months and 3 visits from the company repair tech’s we decided to pay out of pocket another $500 to a private repair company in order to have the correct parts replaced. The warranty with frigidaire is worthless.

Bad gas smell from the oven.Even after 10 uses.Neighbor called fire dept. Tech coming on 11/3/25 to check it out. Terrible.

Great looking stove some poor quality components. The regulator threads stripped out immediately customer service refused to help or provide replacement.
