It is a broken appliance

Store states it have been checked by geek squad. It was a waste of my time and and money. Store delivery is good and return staff are nice but the product is horrible,

Bad customer service

Was supposed to get May 7th, then it was it hasn't arrived at store, then it was backordered. Really want to like stove but don't have it!!
