The look of it is sleek but the only negative aspect is the black range top gets marked up by fingerprints and dust very quickly -Similar to a cell phone I continuously have to clean it. Also, when used oil to fry food, the oil got on the range top and burnt the burner which left marks.

We went over and checked to see what might be wrong. We felt that a new oven would be safer for them. We went directly to My Best Buy to start shopping and hands down this was the best fit for them. So we bought it. They love it. To top it off Ben and Darell who delivered it showed us why they kept burning out ranges. I went and got the correct outlet and installed it as per their recommendation. Great job!!

The glass top is not as good as the previous one and it is easy to scratch. Also Frigidare made 16 inches element which is useless as its too big. I would prefer 12 inches standards same as my old one. I had to exchange with the other one as the first one was making noice when the element was turned on. The worse thing is they give you warranty for 1 year only. May be they don't trust their product. I ]refer quality for peace of mind. Because of covid time, there is no choice. May be their quality control cannot focus on quality. Hope when the pandemic is over, they can retain their quality. I support made in USA products.

Good working cookstove

We are old and old fashioned and have had a little trouble with the oven controls. When we go to turn the oven off and remove the food, we end up locking the oven door. Following the instructions we get the door unlocked and remove the food. Then before we can close the door the lock latch re-engages itself again so now the oven door will not close. Now the latch will not unlock because the door is open. I can fool the controls by manually holding in the door position plunger switch. Now the lock will unlock as the machine thinks the oven door is closed. We are old people and are used to having just a knob to set the oven, instead of a touch pad. The machine is OK, a good machine. Part of being old is accepting that everything these days has to be a little difficult.

Posted .Hey Steve! Boy can I relate! If the oven door ever locks while it is open, please press and hold the “Clear/Off” button at the same time as pressing the door/light switch on the left side of the door. This will trick the oven into unlocking the door. This grandma hopes you have many happy meals prepared with your new range. *Ruth

I haven't gotten it dirty yet, so I don't know if it's easy to clean or not. Only compliant is that the bottom drawer doesn't move smoothly. Both the delivery man and my husband have tried to get it go move smoothly, but it won't. I end up only keeping it half full.

The oven is a nice but it cooks a little slower than my other one did. I just had to get used to that but it isn’t a problem. Overall, a good stove to purchase.

I was surprised to find that the self clean function actually worked on this one and the stove does what it is supposed to do. Only downside is that the fast boil burner is Really really fast and you have to watch it closely, as it does not seem to have a low setting

Warranty didn’t want to cover it, although this is a big safety issue. Awful costumer service. Go to other better brands with better warranty!
