I felt as if I did not receive the same stove I perused at the store. Also make sure your sales person does his part going over EVERYTHING they are suppose to cover...mine didn't. THANK GOD for the great delivery people who gave me much needed information about my consumer rights. Getting very discourage with the poor customer service from Best Buy.
