Everything seems to be good, have not had it for long. Nice burner size options. Will know more about the oven when I bake more.

Cant get a tech not to hang up on me, they dont want to work

they nevered delivered the stove I waited 1 week without a call so I canceled the purchase and bought a stove elsewhere with same day delivery item was to be taken off my account it better not show on my account

The stove is nice, except for the top that shows marks after the first use.

The top white surface of the stove had what looked like hair like fractures in a spot on the top front. Within 18 days, a hunk of paint chipped off. Not only would Best Buy not help, nor would Frigidare. They claimed without even looking at it, that it was cosmetic damage and not covered. I have never seen anything like this. Stove works great, just bad paint job.

The warming burner does not come with the white model I purchased. No one at the store was aware until it was delivered. Hard to keep clean, looks dirty at all times. Wish I would have selected another product!

This oven is a great buy for the price. I got it on sale for $419. MUCH cheaper than Sears or Lowes. I have been casually looking for a new range for months and this is the best price on a name brand with so many great features. Add in 18 month financing with my Best Buy card and I couldn't say no. So far I have found it cooks true to temperature. So if your recipe says cook at 450, you can feel confident cooking at 450. You don't need to adjust it, or set it lower/higher, whatever. I hope it lasts 30 years, like the range this one replaced.

I purchased this electric stove just about 4 years ago. We've had minor issues, notably the main burner on the lower setting didn't heat at all unless you went past 1/4. Well today though that's the least of our worries with it. The main oven heating coil blew, luckily I was in the other room & heard a load buzz from the kitchen. I went to check and when I opened the oven, smoke poured out. Then I noticed the coil had crumbled in two spots. Nothing had dripped onto it from what was in the oven, it looks like it just blew. I'm a bit annoyed since this stove is just shy of us having it for only 4 years. IDK if it's worth trying to replace the coil.

My perception is this is a good basic range, with a few nice features, is simple to use, clean, get parts for down the road, and looks modern. Frigidaire has improved it's reputation, and it's ranges are highly regarded by leading consumer groups. Having purchased several Frigidaire appliances for rentals over the years, I can say they hold up well, look good, are of lower initial cost, save energy and parts are available for a long time. When compared to Korean brands, be careful, Korean parts are costly, and some components are not reliable, like electronics and switches. This is based on my own experience. I use and recommend regular use of smooth top cleaner like easy-off one step, it cleans and repels stains and soil. A downside to glass tops is they scratch, and pots spin if unheld while stirring, this cleaner makes the glass even slicker. I noticed the oven heats fast and cycles less, also heating the room less during self-cleaning. It bakes evenly, and holds large cookie sheets with room for circulation. Control knobs are easy to grasp and read at a glance too.

I was looking for a glass top to replace our worn out as simple as it gets cheapo "Magic Chef". I picked this up for $439 cheapest at the time with "self cleaning". Have nothing but good to say about it, it has features we dont need but it will cook the heck out of a frozen pizza =P oh yeah and lazagna too and all that stuff. Truthfully the only bad experience with it is that even once it was out of the box I had to take the handle off the front to fit it through the door in our kitchen, but obviously that has nothing to do with the design of the appliance. A wonderful device as far as cheap ranges go, I dont see the need to spend more.

The stove cooks okay but the oven doesn’t cook food evenly. When you open the oven door, the bottom drawer opens and stays open until you push it closed. The controls seem cheap like they won’t last. I would not buy another Frigidaire stove/oven.

I love it! Haven't cooked much yet, but it seems to work super. And the Best Buy delivery and installation guys (Jack and partner) were extremely nice and helpful.

One of the worst purchases that I have made. The oven stopped working after 1 year and 5 months (5 months after the 1 year warranty expired). This is the 2nd Frigidaire stove that i have purchased. The first stove lasted several years, so I was very surprised when this one malfunctioned. I cannot reccomend this brand.anymore.
