my wife and I really love our new stove. It looks nice with the black and stainless backsplash. Love that the bottom heating element is hidden, So easy to wipe up spills in the bottom of the stove. Love the dual burner and the extra burner on the stovetop. Oven heats up fast and works well.

It is straight to the point. Works great. Not too much bells and whistles, which is perfect.

When we bought the stove, we were told we needed to buy special pots and pans, otherwise, it would take forever to cook. Being on a budget, we really can't afford it especially since we still have brand new pots and pans. We tried cooking on them and it heated up pretty quickly which was a relief. It is real easy to clean and looks amazing in my new kitchen

Purchased this stove in an appliance package deal. I upgraded to the self-cleaning version which is allowing it to look cleaner for longer in my rental properties. The top does seem to scratch a little too easily and once someone burns something onto the top, it has stained a ring around one of the burners. No mechanical issues. Very solid feel door.

Of course the day before thanksgiving our stove quit working. It was old and it was time, though inconvenient, to get a new one. We went into best buy to look and found this one on sale and my wife loved it. We took it Home and put it in the space where the old one was and commented on how nice it looked. The big test came the next day as the meal of the day was prepared. The stove worked flawlessly and has still performed as expected to date! We are very happy with this purchase.

Our experience with the salesperson for our in-store purchase of a new oven was great. The issues began with the delivery process. The original delivery date was changed by the warehouse but they did not notify us of the change. Therefore, after taking the day off from work, I waited for the delivery. I finally called to check status and was told the date was changed to the following Monday and that I would receive a confirmation call the day before. We never received a call so had no idea whether delivery would happen or a time of delivery. I called Monday am and they said we were on schedule. They delivered in in afternoon but did not level oven top with counter and and bottom drawer would not close due to electrical cord. The track for the bottom drawer was also bent and difficult to close. They did eventually come out to re-level oven.We are still working on the a drawer resolution.

My moms oven broke last minute so we went and I bought her a new one. It works like a charm. We are very happy.

The ceramic surface is difficult to keep clean, but it works great! The adjustable size of the front right element, and the warming zone in the back are great features. Also, there is an extra cubic for or so in this model versus the similar model that lacks the warming zone and the self-cleaning feature. It looks great in my kitchen too.

We were looking for a new range to replace our ol' busted one. As we are moving, we didn't want to sink a ton of money into a kitchen the new owners would likely gut and redo. This one was reduced due to damage which would be hidden in our application. Attractive functional and cheap were what we sought, and this range was a perfect fit.
