    We bought this unit as a replacement for a slightly larger unit that stopped cooling after about 8 years. Item shipped timely and arrived in only a couple of days. Box was slightly torn and smashed but unit was fine. Installed in existing hole with only minor modification as this one, as mentioned before, is smaller than the previous one. Once plugged in and turned on, it ran quietly and cooled 500sf cabin well. Haven't used the heater yet as this is July in Texas but overall I am satisfied with the unit, the price and ordering process from Best Buy.

    so far we have only used the heater feature on the unit and i'm impressed with it. It's a little louder then I expected it to see but it heats a room fast!

    The only brand I buy anymore, this one I had to order but it was on sale and they took care of the shipping. Easy install and really cold for the room I have it in which is about 12x12x8!

    We use this in our house extension since our central AC doesn't reach there. Works great and keeps the living room nice and cool in the hot, Bakersfield summer. Also works great when used as a heater in the winter!
