      Hello Techsavy! Some operational sounds are normal this model. Please check installation to ensure it is snug in place. Also check to see if it is rattling against something. If not, and it was installed properly, there's a chance there's an isolated issue and we would certainly like to look into the matter.       Hey GratefulDad, thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry to hear that you are
      having connectivity problems. I would like to recommend that you perform a factory reset on the air conditioner to allow the server to correspond properly. Please follow the quick steps below and then attempt the connection process through the Frigidaire app again. If you are not able to successfully connect, please do not hesitate to reconnect with us directly.

      Factory Reset Instructions:

      1) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the air conditioner. While holding you should hear 1 beep after 4 seconds, another beep after 4 seconds, and 1 short beep after another 2-3 seconds.
      2) Once you hear the 3 beeps, unplug the air conditioner for at least 30 seconds.
      3) Plug the air conditioner back in and repeat steps 1 & 2. This will erase the memory of the air conditioner and allow for a clean start.
