Posted .Your ice maker should produce up to 2 lbs. of ice per day, and stores up to 8lbs. of ice, jimmy. Please make sure your water valve is open all the way. Sometimes lowering the freezer temperature a degree or two increases ice production. Hope this helped! *Ruth

Posted .Yikes! connection, your icemaker kit should produce up to 2 lbs. of ice per day, and the bin can store up to 8 lbs. of ice. Please ensure your house water supply valve is in the on position, the ice bin is all the way back as far as possible, the ice maker wiring harness is plugged into the connector at the rear of the ice maker, and that the wire signal arm is in the down position. If you have an inline water filter, add an additional 24 hours before full ice production is reached (3 days total). I hope this helped! *Ruth

But at that time ,Geeks said this ice maker is broken.They said Best Buy will call me to send Geeks who will come to my home later for exchange an different ice maker...NOW, over 2 months ,BB never call me ....WHERE are you now Best Buy?
