It has some really nice features and it was fairly easy to install myself with the help of my son.

I wouldn’t have bought the same one twice, but it’s the only microwave that fits my space. Perhaps I’ll have better luck the second time around. Recommend an extended warranty. Delivery and setup was awesome!

Big design flaw especially when a replacement handle is half the cost of the microwave itself! Now I have to try to manufacture something myself or get a new microwave because I'm not paying $180 just for the stupid handle.

The light inside makes it really easy to see, and it seems to have enough power. My only real "negative" about this microwave, and it's a Frigidaire thing, is the constant beeping when food is done. I don't know who thought that up, but it's annoying.
